This is my first ever golf set. I have played 5 games with it and used it for multiple weekly lessons on the range. 

I have hit the hybrid into a tree above me twice to punch out the golf ball into the fairway, when the ball was lying close to the stem of the tree that was at my back. 

Have been using almost all the clubs and they perform really well. My coach also finds the set very good. (I am in India)

The steel clubs vs graphite clubs issue - you need to choose which one suits you more. This is something I did not consider at all, realizing only later that maybe fairway wood should have a graphite shaft. 

Would highly recommend this set to starters like myself.

Perhaps the best entry level golf set

I have wanted to get into golfing for a while but could never talk myself into spending as much money as is generally required for a decent set of starter clubs. This set was inexpensive, quick and easy to start using, and offered everything I could need as a newbie! I am extremely pleased!

Perfect Set for Beginning Golfers

After a twenty year layoff, I decided to start playing again with the onset of COVID, as to just doing nothing. Research what was available and the cost in order to not go all out from the restart and picked up a 16 piece without breaking the bank. Started at the range with the SW and working my way up. Within perhaps a dozen buckets I was striking the ball with the 460cc with a small fade to about 240 yards. Went to play my first full round in twenty years and broke 90. Now after playing twice a week since June, shooting low 80's all the time. These clubs are great and make the game enjoyable. I will not be looking at upgrading to anything else right now.

Well worth the price

Bought this clubs when i started in Dec 2017, i am now a handicap 10 and still using the same clubs, over the years i have adapted to hit them longer and straight still like the forgiveness of the irons on the mishits, the rescue is a game saver.

As Good as the "Best"

If you want to learn the game before you go out and spend 2k on clubs, buy this set. Driver and irons are decent, 3 wood & putter are okay. HOWEVER, when you start to hit shots clean and consistent you will notice you can hit a The 9 iron in this set the exact same distance as your 6 iron, it's time to upgrade.

Great starter set of clubs

Experience was great ordering this starter set. All clubs in good shape except the putter I noticed a notch out of the face so a little disappointed with that.

Disappointed with the damaged putter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent set of clubs for the price. Driver and woods came nicked and slightly damaged which is upsetting considering they are brand new.

I have been playing golf over 25 years and have I never broken a club. Not one but two irons broke in the same location. Have always been a big fan of the Callaway brand but my have to make a switch.

My 7 iron and 8 iron both broke in the same area, never broken a club before.

The driver broke first time using it. On the 6th hole. The irons are amazing. Just the driver is the worst driver I have ever used,
