While the color of the rug is black with brown lettering, I really like the look of it - especially  size

I love the design of the doormat, I thought it would come as pictured but it is black with tan letters.  Not what I expected but I still like it.

The mat came rolled inside a tough but loose outer sack.  Once I cut away the outer sack, the mat was revealed to be the opposite color of the one pictured - it is black with brown lettering spelling Hello.  The mat had 3 plastic wraps keeping it rolled up, like tied bands, at the top, middle and bottom of the roll.  I assume the rolled mat had been handled by the end-of-mat-corners that stuck out due to their resistance to being rolled up, but were easy enough to grab inside the loose outer sack, because the mat arrived torn at the 2 places the corners stuck out from the top and bottom plastic banding.  The two tears almost made me want to return it, but I unrolled it and it flattened out in a days time and once flat, I can barely see the two tears on the end that was the outside of the roll.   A note came with it from those who hand crafted the mat too and I felt badly about complaining (by returning) about peoples handiwork.  So I am keeping it, but I give it 2 stars.
