Love these two sizes!  Slightly larger and able to handle most fry pan situations, nice saute, chicken or steak stir fry with even heat.  Quality pans, nice thick sides and bottom, and an easy clean up!

Great staple pans for the kitchen

I have settled for cheap non-stick pans in the past and the most recent one started failing. I searched and searched then discovered this little beauty. Folks, it really is non-stick. I've had it for a couple of months now and still simply need to rinse it off and wipe it clean with a wash cloth. Do yourself a favor and add it to the cart now.

Fantastic set!

This is my second set of Calphalon non stick pans.  I use them heavily. I like the helper handle on the 12 inch pan especially because of how often it gets used in the oven. I DON'T put them in the dishwasher but I do use metal utensils when I have to.

Perfect everyday cookware.

Nice quality, better than recent Calphalon pans I've bought. High sides, dimensions are for the bottom of the pan (not top), so you can fit a lot of food in them!  Great pair of pans for daily household needs.

I've used this pan set for about a month, and the surface is smooth and so far seems to be quite hard! A dream to use in my kitchen! The handles are well balanced and have Caa nice rounded shape which ergonomically makes the pan super easy to handle.

Great 2-Piece Fry Pan Set!

Well made! Nonstick. I am pleased that I can use any kind of utensils. Can feel the quality, not to heavy on my wrist to pick up and hold, as I am a small woman. With the larger pan, the 12inch  Calphalon  puts a small additional handle, which is GREAT!!
I use the ten inch EVERYDAY ! I am very pleased with my purchase 
I would recommend. I would love to of purchased the eight inch!

Fry pans!

I'm a long-time Calphalon fan! This is the first time I've bought Premier, rather than Classic or Essentials. I really like the gauge (weight) of these skillets, and I note that the handles have a reinforcing crossbar on the outside, against the body. I would have given a five star rating, rather than four, except that the 10" skillet has a blemish in the cooking surface: a little, raised knot about 1-1/2 mm across, which I didn't notice until I washed it, prior to use. I didn't return it, as I was very much in need of those skillets immediately!  It looks as though the anodized coating had a "hiccup" during the manufacturing process. Other than that? Very pleased! Is a glass lid available for purchase for the 12" skillet? Thank you!

Flaw in cooking surface

I've had these pans for less than a month and yesterday the outer coating on one of the pans literally melted off when My husband was cooking (over medium heat). Definitely would not recommend these pans to anyone! Also, the 12” pan is so long with the extra handle that I can only fit it long ways in a base cabinet in my kitchen. The overall look is ok, cooking performance is ok, but durability is an issue.
