Great product and price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are full time RV'ers. We are always looking for ways to make our life easier and more enjoyable. This Awning Stabilizer Kit has been a great addition to our trailer. We love sitting out enjoying nature but we also enjoy the shade when it is warmer weather. The wind that comes up at the many places we travel work against our awning so we don't put it out, until now!! This kit is so easy to use and works so well to insure our awning stays out without too much tension.
The S hooks easily go around the ends of each side of the awning and hold the rope. Then the stakes go easily on in the ground to hold the rope steady and tight but gives play when needed. It easily tightens and loosens through the tightening brackets that are included. It only takes minutes to put up and take down after the initial time putting it together. The unit itself and rope is of good quality and I can see it lasting for many trips ahead.
 We are so happy to be able to put our awning out and not worry about damage from wind gusts we can't predict!

These are excellant for tieing down RV awning. Keeps it from flapping in the wind and the possibility of it completing blowing off the camper and causing major damages. Not only to the awning %26 RV, but also to other property and people.

Satisfied with every other Camco product I have tried, HOWEVER, with this one I have to regularly tighten the corkscrews, although almost completely buried (using in sandy SOIL as recommended), as they back out, create slack, and let the awning bounce, the cords slip if they get wet (as in when it rains), the metal brackets do not hold the cords if tied as instructed, and if all those hold, the wire S hooks open shape and fall to the ground, releasing the awning. An expensive awning, any awning, easily deserves more protection than this minimal system provided. I'm re-engineering EVERY component, and adding springs.
