[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my RV ... removed the glass  cover on my cook top and replaced it with this cutting board.  It fits perfectly and looks good! (I  dont have to worry about breaking the glass and adds more usable counter space)

Great Fit

Poke your holes on your template and try to match it up to your grate before using the template to attach the feet to the cover. I wish I'd checked ahead because now I have to move two of the feet because the Wedgwood template holes placement is wrongity-wrongity-wrong. In spite of that nugget of aggravation, it's a good product and I'm glad I went with the bamboo one because I coincidentally received a slimline bamboo knife block full of gorgeous Japanese knives for Christmas, and the knife block looks very handsome alongside this lovely stovetop cover. This cover has doubled our RV counter space, BTW. When we are stationary, I have my electric kettle and my two French presses on it most of the time and sometimes I use it as the countertop for one of my smaller Instant Pots (also Walmart purchases, of course). I don't use the cover as a cutting board because I like to keep it looking nice but it did come with one of those flexible, translucent, plastic cutting boards in case I change my mind. Oh! One very important detail you just know: my board came in unfinished, which is kind of unusual for bamboo items these days, but I simply rubbed and buffed in two coats of my homemade spoon butter (coconut oil with natural beeswax), and it's protected enough. Were I intending to use this cover for food service, I'd have coated it in many more layers of spoon butter straight away, or sanded lightly with a very fine grit sandpaper before applying a food-safe poly coat or two. Since I primarily use it for making our tea and coffee, I haven't bothered with additional coats, but I do plan to apply another coat of spoon butter here and there on the near future. The surface was smooth enough on arrival that no sanding was required before employing the spoon butter. There was one tiny splintery spot on the underside edge that I discovered upon careful inspection, but I knocked that back quickly with first the rough side and then the smoother side of a new emery board.

Great product but the template is WRONG

My top arrived in excellent shape from shipping and was a great addition to the top of my RV stove, and served as a much needed source of additional counter space. However, I had to return it do to a finish flaw on the top where two pieces of the bamboo joined together, as it was possibly not planed/sanded evenly during production, which left a high spot that began to splinter after only two weeks. That said, I feel confident that without the flaw this would have been a long term addition to my camper that would have lasted many years once sealed with oil and used appropriately.
