I enjoyed using this scanner, it has helped significantly with working from home. I received this product for a review but I think it is worth the price for improving my productivity.  The scanner can either be setup using wi-fi or a USB, I will say the USB seemed more consistent than the wi-fi but that could be a poor signal in my office. I like the size of the scanner and the clarity of the documents plus it makes the test searchable which in large documents is extremely useful. Setup with my work computer was a little more difficult but that is probably due to the way IT setup the remote connection so I at first used it on my personal computer and had it scan to my OneDrive.overall I would recommend this product for anyone who has alot of documents they are working on especially with everyone working from home.

I would recommend this product to my family and friends. It's able to handle mixed-size documents and that's huge for what I needed it for.

Great at home scanner

I received this item for free in exchange for leaving an honest review of the product.

Overall, this is the fastest scanner I've used in the past 10+ years we've had our business. We are able to easily scan all receipts for our business' tax purposes. The digital display on the front is super easy to navigate.

My favorite feature is its ease of scanning both sides of the document(s) at incredible speed which saves us much time. Even over-sized receipts (legal paper +) are a breeze scanning.

It's also a big plus that this little footprint scanner quickly scans small items too as driver's licenses, business cards, etc with higher resolution and in color.

For anyone who has a business, I'd encourage you to give this scanner a serious consideration!

AWESOMELY FAST!!

I hate having to go look for all my documents in all of my file cabinets this makes it so I can pull it up all in one spot. The scans look good and its easy to use. I am also loving that it doesn't take up a bunch of space on my desk. This is also helpful for my sanity, The town I lived in lost 3000 homes to a wild fire and many of my friends had to go through a year long process to recover all of their paperwork. The idea of having a paper document and a digital makes me feel secure and safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this scanner to digitize everything from receipts, documents, and even pictures. It works super fast and is a huge time saver. Setup was as straightforward as any other scanner or printer. Took about 20 mins. This will definitely make digitizing a breeze moving forward. Also plays great with my HP laptop!

Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little machine is my new Best Friend!  In my office previously, we were using the copy to scan in all of my clients documents.  This would scan all different directions and make for reading the document on the computer difficult.  This scanner automatically detects which direction is up and changed the document so it makes reading it so much easy!  I wish that I would of invested in the machine long ago.  It is easy to setup and scan.  Highly recommend!

New BFF!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work for a document management software company and use a scanner to upload to our system for testing purposes. I got this Canon scanner to replace an older scanner and it has been a breath of fresh air!  I was clearing jams out of my old scanner whenever I had to scan multiple documents, and this scanner always feeds multiple pages through with no jams. The scanner is also very fast.  

The only downfall I have experienced with this scanner is the set up. I have the Linksys Velop mesh wifi system, and I have been unsuccessful in getting the scanner hooked up to wifi. Your computer and the scanner must both be connected to the 2.4 GHz band. In wifi settings, the scanner pulls up two different available networks with the same name (assuming the 2.4 GHz band and 5 GHz band of my router). I have tried to connect to both, and the scanner shows a “Now processing…” dialog on the screen forever and then doesn't do anything. I resorted to using the USB and was able to hook that up just fine. I did need the TWAIN driver for the connection to our software, and was able to find that on Canon's website.

The touch screen is very responsive, and the on-screen menus are simple to follow.

This was definitely a huge upgrade for me and I look forward to using it daily!

Great scanner!

Purchased three weeks ago for a reputable five star reseller. No damage on delivery, installed according to box instructions, worked fine for 'three whole days,' then the wifi just quit. No problem with my modem, the scanner software would not reload under any conditions, despite following Canon's website instructions.  The software is junk! DO NOT BUY!!!
