This printer is a workhorse for our business. It prints all day on a double sided photo paper without any issues and is also very economical on ink usage.

Maxify printer is a great resource

Been using ny iB4120 since Dec 2017.and printed over 3,000 pages. Printer works great!  Excellent text print quality, no jams on single or duplex, fast, economical on ink. I don't print pictures so I can't comment on photo quality. But black is excellent, yellow is strong, blue is OK, but red is a little weak.  
The down sides: 1) you can't change an ink cartridge until the printer thinks it empty.
   2) Log on to printer is different from instructions.
But there is a work-around for both.  You can remove a cartridge anytime you want by manually turning a gear inside the printer. Search Internet "how to remove ink cartridge from maxify printer"

Economical, dependable printer

This printer is great! Beautiful printing and very fast. Pretty easy on the ink usage as well. 
It is a large footprint but a great device.  
Beats the Brother printer I replaced hands down on all fronts.

Good Value

Very clear print , fast , holds a lot of paper and seems to obey my preferences, unlike the HP ink sucker I had, which kept defaulting to color and normal instead of draft n b&w,  constant battle.  Large ink tanks on this Canon. It is very big though , bigger than most all in one's. 18" wide 11" high, 19" deep. I have the space on my top shelf so it's not a problem for me.

I like it.

I've been more impressed with this printer than I expected. Overall, I'm quite pleased with it.
* Nice to have archival pigment ink when using Canon paper.
* Better print quality than expected.
* Faster than I expected.

Some disappointments:
* No "generic" profiles for Canon paper (I had to make my own)
* Clumsy to have to specify MediaType to avoid Error message that stops printing when I change paper.
* VERY hard to see LCD to view and change settings.

Much better than expected. Some glitches

Printer works pretty good the only problem I had with it with the set up process which is a little more difficult than it should be.

Good printer

Was unable to set up,even  with online help from technicians.One of the ink cartridges kept coming unlocked and jamming operation.
 Am returning to store for refund ans selecting a different model .

less than a month printer stopped printing red.  Did deep cleaning 40, still no red.

DO NOT BUY.

If a bad cartridge is inserted then there is No.... repeat no way to replace it.  I have hed to scrap this printer after 6 months and am extremely angry.   You can't buy the ink cartridges over the counter either
