Printer's wi-fi and app connectivity is prone to inconsistent drops.

I love this copier. I have used one for work for over a yet. When I needed a copier for home I messed up and tried a cheap one first, then quickly ordered this one for home.

Home delivery.  Disabled and wheelchair dependent.  Item recieved was a return someone had kept half the parts. The exchange was complex but was able to get a brand new printer. I purposely waited to use this a bit before reviewing. 
I never been happier with a color printer purchase!  This works well. I'm still on trial starter ink and printed over 100 color pages! I
Haven't had the need for 2 side printing so can't review that feature.  It is slower to print than my b/w laser but  the worth is worth it. Everything printed beautifully.  I allow ink to dry a few minutes and tested with water first running. You could tell
The paper got wet but the ink didn't run!  I was impressed. I do love my b/w laser but wanted a color option too. I hated traditional ink jets for being ink hogs and running ink.  Laser color is pricey and harder to find a printer unit and the toner affordable and get in a reasonable time . This printer is the perfect middle of the two compromise and please I snagged one.

Happiest color printer purchase ever.

I read many reviews of printers from multiple sites trying to ascertain which one would be the best for me. I was only looking for a typical home printer with not much work on a daily basis. I have found this one to be easy to set up and use. I can even printer from my smart phone documents and even emails without difficulty.

I purchased this printer primarily because I have an old computer with an operating system that is incompatible with newer printers.  This printer is a low cost printer that has many features and is compatible with my 10 year old Mac computer

Overall, it is an affordable printer / scanner / fax machine. We just replaced our previous MB2720s that lasted 9 years with very few concerns. Overall, a good printer for the money.

The multifunction works well, good scan quality, print quality.  Fast printing.  The only thing I wished it had was a fast print option that would save ink.  There are only 2 quality printing options- good and high.  My Brother had 4 allowing me to save ink or to print in ultra high quality. Otherwise an excellent value but it might go through ink cartridges faster than I would like.

Versatile multifunction at a great price

Printer over all is decent. The issue I had is after about printing 200 pages the quality of images lost color. Had to run deep cleaning program a few times to get decent images. And it grabbed more than 1 page to print and jammed. Happened 1x. Have not printed onto photo paper. I did use non Canon ink and color was not as bright after I used ink that came with it. Also ink levels lasted alot longer than normal due to large ink cartridges.

Ink is expensive and doesn't last very long. It takes forever to start up when cleaning its cartridges. Don't expect to get anything printed fast. It's extremely slow.

This printer requires default settings changes on the hardware that is not disclosed with the printed material. On an Apple Silicon based Mac you need to change hardware settings to insure it will work via WIFI in a residential application. I advised the Canon Rep and could have resolved the issue had I known this. It has to do with the IPV 4.0 i believe and 6.0 I'm pulling from memory but the printer is recognized but once you send a multipage document it chokes on its self.

had it a couple months, minimal use, and it threw a code. bought $70   for new ink then a different code come up. then another. called canon and no body wpuld answer the phone or help me.
