Excellent and vibrant print quality is provided.

Priced similarly to other brands and retailers.

Installation process is simple and hassle-free.

Can be vibrant, but may not last long or yield expected page count.

Since I am not going outside to shop, I was very happy that I was able to find out which ink cartridge I needed buy typing in my computer brand and finding the one I needed. I had not kept the last empty box. I am 81 years old and my kids were not home to open my printer so I would know which ink I needed. I know Walmart carried it as I always bought it there in the past.

Very Happy

My go-to toner for my printer. Reliable. Easy to install.

Repeat buyer because I like, Canon quality over cheap deals. Expensive, but I like the peace of mind.

Repeat Buyer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price on this ink is way too much. I'll have to look in Amazon next time and see if I can get it cheaper.

I wish it would produce more copies, ink goes empty quick and cartridges are very expensive.

Prices on Canon's inkjet cartridges have skyrocketed. But they do work just fine. I recently tried to reduce my costs with an Onn brand recycled cartridge and I wasted 60% of the purchase price of a new Canon cartridge because it didn't work out of the box. And yes, I tried all the tricks to get the Onn cartridge to work without success. So basically what I'm saying, if you print your stuck buying a Canon cartridge for the best result.

Because I Had To

This cartridge is the exact same size as the smaller one. There is absolutely no difference in size. How do they charge more money for the same amount of ink? Don't be fooled. I could be wrong, someone tell me how this can be? Perhaps they put less in the other one that costs less. From now on I am only ordering the less expensive size.

How do they do this

I honestly do not know what has changed with these Cannon cartridges. Several of these that I ordered were dry and I asked for a refund. Yesterday, I put a new cartridge in to print and it was empty after 15 or so copies! I am just frustrated. My printer was expensive. I have had it checked. I really do not want to purchase a new printer. The ink is expensive and I have to order it because our local store never has it in stock.

I purchased this as a replacement for my black ink cartridge. It does not fit my printer and is twice the size of my previous 245XL Cartridge. 245xl is the appropriate size.
