Advertising

Price is not the most fair but overall it's a good product

Canon is great

Worked like it should in my Canon printer but the CL-261 cartridge is NOT XL. Incorrect advertising.

Good ink but you don't get what's advertised.

Time line was fine however the color cartridge PG261 was regular, not XL as specified on the invoice. I returned them @Walmart Hillside the same day, store Number 1214 for a $72.72 credit. Efficient delivery and customer service at return desk. Thank you.

Canon PG260XL PG261XL

I might have opted to provide a higher review if: 1. The tracking aspect didn't indicate that it was delivered in Markham (I am nowhere near Markham); and 2. They had sent the 260XL/261XL combo pack I purchased rather than the 260XL/261 (regular) one I got.

Got the wrong one sent

Like many other reviewers, I received an XL black ink and only regular colour ink. I only ordered this because the item picture and description show XL black and XL colour. Misleading website information as I did not receive what I ordered.

Only black is XL

Deceptive product description, name and photo. This does not come with an XL colour cartridge. You receive significantly less value than advertised

Inaccurate product description: not an XL colour

The color cartridge is not XL contrary to what the photo of the product suggests.

Please note that only the black cartridge is XL.

I received a cartridge set that includes PG 260XL, but the CL 261 color cartridge is not XL (as was shown in the photo). I called your department and they made me wait 45 minutes and then I hung up.

Bad service

Posting is "Canon PG 260 XL CL 261 XL Value Pack", however the product I received is 260XL + 261(regular). 
Mismatched

Product mismatched with the post

Received the wrong products. Only the black ink (260) in XL size. The color ink (261) is in regular size. Wrong advertisement.
