For the price, I am surprised at the print quality. I also use the scan er it makes a good jon

A good little printer

I bought this printer online 6 months ago, set up was very easy when the manual is keenly followed. The printing and copying are very great but I found it very difficult scanning as it kept giving me error message.
The ink runs out fast but I got a refill at a store at Cote des neiges and was instructed on how to instal the cartridge which always need you to press the alert red button to put off the error message then the printer will print. The photocopying has no problem as it works perfectly like with the original ink. 
Inspite of these, I love this printer and will recommend it.

Great printer

Hadn't had a printer in years and decided to buy this printer and after spending hours trying to connect it to my 2019 Macbook Air, I realized that my OS was too new. That's right, I have the most up to date OS (11.0.1) so it's not compatible with my Macbook. Please make sure you read the specifications and make sure it supports your OS before purchasing. On the other hand, I gave it 2 stars because it copies great. So I can't print from my computer, but I can make copies of things which was 1 of the other reasons I purchased the printer. 2 stars for copying. 0 stars for printing from my computer.

Who Knew Having The Latest OS Would Be A BAD Thing

after I received this printer, I print it always have problem, first, the double-sided printing function is very bad. The printer often does not print after half-printing. I have to send the paper back to print again; in addition, it is the ghosting problem, which is always ghosting.

Print ghost

The ink is expensive and costs just about as much as the printer - and you don't get a lot of prints out of it.  My particular printer is also very noisy. Not happy with this printer and probably should have taken it back.
