Adequate and Affordable

Awesome Printer, it really about installed itself, for a printer it's quite sleek in design,,,I plugged it in, loaded the ink, and was printing and scanning in no time....when it comes to printers I alway buy canon. This is my third one. If you just need a good solid printer at a great price,,,This one will sort you out.

Very happy with this purchase

Was not thinking clearly. My daughter order this printer for me.

poor instructions for set up...hard to follow.
unable to hook up wirelessly as it won't accept my router...works as corded hook up.

Huge downgrade from  my old TR4520

This Canon 4720 all in one printer has a fax machine which I have always had and wanted again.  This set up is harder than normal with the landline telephone line attached - I have to connect to my laptop with a usb cord before it will work. When I have had faxes in the past from other companies I was able to go totally wifi remote. The connection to my wifi is off and on.  Sometime the printer doesn't interface with my network cable router.  I may have programmed something wrong but sometimes when on the phone the fax signal comes on and disconnects my call. My callers have said they heard a fax signal and the phone went dead.  If the printer sits idle for too long it won't print.  Not happy with this printer although the other features work well.  I do have another Canon that I have had to supplement with but that one is mainly for photos but works well.

Disappointed in this All-In-One Canon Printer

Logged into Cannon and connected with a support site from that sile.  The wanted $150 to correct a the Port issue on the printer

Bad user interface and miserable user support

This Printer will not accept any INK.   It says is not compatible
