Previously I had the large, heavy Pixma which did everything this one does, plus print on larger paper. it was an older expensive model, but I knew the Pixma quality and chose another of the same brand and am very happy with its lighter size.

Very happy with this purchase so far.  Does everything we nee from a printer and more.  Love being able to print items from our phones and IPads.

as everyone knows nothing is made to last these days and honestly sometimes it's cheaper to buy a new printer instead of buying replacement ink. that was the situation i was in. also my old canon pixma you loaded paper in the back standing up. which with the humidity paper would curl down. so i have been looking for a new printer with flat loading paper. well came across this at Staples first but it was less expensive at Walmart. here's the major plus on my purchase i already had plenty of ink for my old printer and this one takes the exact same ink. win win all around.

Setup up was easy and has alot of uses but ink that comes with printer, prints a little faint

Worth the price

i have tried and and tested different aspects of this multi tasking printer(scan, copy ...) and i could say i am not satisfied from its color printing, i tested it in plain A4 paper and the quality was so dull and unvivid. the rest of its function is suitable for home use and not suitable for office and for heavy function which i do not think anyone expect it to be used for office load job.

RT 4720 printer

This printer has some nice features but the interface is not good. It runs out of ink very quickly and the ink is expensive.  It also jams my paper and is not very sturdy. I never know when I start printing whether I will get through the process without a problem.
