[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this copier to replace an old Canon that lasted for 15 years.  Great value, built well and very easy to operate .  Have no doubt that this Canon Pixma will last as long as the last one, great product.

I'm  happy with the printer recommended by the Canon sales staff, after my old Pixma died and was not eligible for repairs (but really, who repairs a printer, anyway?)  I like that there are only 2 types of ink cartridges to have on hand. I am trying the new print program.

Happy

A great printer that does it all ... easy set-up, add the supplied ink and paper and you are set to go.  We use it as a network printer in our motorhome. My wife teaches elementary school so it gets a real work out.

Great Deal

I spent hours and hours over several days trying to make this work.  It dropped WiFI connection as soon as I left the room.  I could never reconnect on my own and had to start the assistance queue all over.   I can't evaluate the print quality because it was impossible to stay connected long enough to  complete anything.

Wireless Useless

I called to ask a question, ordered a printer, and it arrived missing the rear cover. What happen to quality control?

Who didn't do their job assembling this printer?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Difficult to set up on home wifi, picture print quality awful ( I thought Canon would be very good with photos!) Very unhappy. Returning it and will purchase a Brother or HP.

Not worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer has been having problems ever since I got it only been table to use it a couple of times. It always says paper jam and needs realigning.
