Printer's wifi connection can be difficult to set up and maintain.

Can be high-quality, but may be slow and prone to issues.

Ink cartridges need frequent replacements due to small capacity.

A nice lightweight machine, does all of the basics one would expect. Comes with starter ink but there is not a lot so be sure to get yourself some full ink cartridges. It is a little hard to set up for wifi so be sure to download the Canon printer app. Purchased because I am in transition and on temporary living conditions and don't want to spend heaps. Overall, good value for price.

Good value for price. Gets the jobs done.

Works just as advertised. Doesn't "lock up" if you refill your ink cartridges and you don't need a subscription to use it like the HP piece of garbage this replaced.

Perfect printer for DIY ink refills.

that it is the easiest printer i have ever purchased

easy and good

Printer was easy to install. Works perfectly. Note. Delivery was terrible. Correct address but person put the box on the street in downtown toronto. This needs to be fixed and corrected

Canon printer

The setup was very easy. There was a link with instructions. All, scanning, printing etc. could be done via the phone once the app is downloaded

Easy setup

I just set this up to print from my iPad. It was super easy follow the instructions to use the app and it almost does it for you. I printed and the pages came out perfect. I love that it is wireless. My old HP couldn't find the wireless connection. I don't do a lot of printing so this is a perfect printer for small jobs and filling out forms.

Canon Pixma ts3720

Everything works perfectly. Sure it's not "high end" but it does the job. I gave 4 stars because they are stingy with the ink, but there was just enough ink to get the job done that I bought the printer for. When something comes through and the price is right, that's always a good thing.

Excellent Printer for the Price

I bought this Canon printer because the reviews were fairly decent, and the price point was amazing ($48). However, I have nothing but problems with it, in that it continuously goes offline and trying to reconnect it is a tedious process that fails constantly. I'm told it's my wifi issue; however, I had an HP Envy prior to this, which was also connected via wifi and never had an issue with it. If it did go offline (on occasion), all I had to do was unplug it, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in and it would reconnect. It's not this simple with Canon. Such a waste of money.

Constant issues with connecting

Printed one page then kept saying paper jam. No paper jam at all though. Cleaned the sensor and did troubleshooting steps, no luck. Apparently a common issue. Clerk who I returned it too was understanding, will order a different model soon.

Had to return it unfortunately

Terrible instructions and not user-friendly to set up. Online pages are just as bad!

Disappointed

Canon PIXMA TS3720 Wireless All-in-One Printer compact white unit with flatbed scanner lid and rear paper tray, 1.5" segment LCD and two-cartridge FINE Hybrid Ink System per specs, dual-band Wi‑Fi for wireless printing. Suitable for home office use and often used to scan receipts for mobile archiving.
