[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried so hard to connect this printer to a Windows 11 PC. I looked through so many online manuals. I tried wireless and cabled. I know the wireless and cable are all ok, since my Epson printer connects fine. Finally after so much work, I was able to get a wireless connection established, but then it only recognized the printer with LTR paper and only monochrome. Maybe I just got a dud. I'll be returning this.

Does not connect properly to Windows 11 PC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice solid unit and it should be great. The only thing is that you can't, I can't , connect to wi-fi. Nor would it work with a direct connection. It simply wouldn't print for me. So, I bought another one! Same result. That's on me, no complaints there. But I did research and so many people have the same problems. I'm not one to return things so they'll just end up in my pile of useless waste of money items that my wife likes to tell me about every so often.
Some people have reported success with these printers so for the price it may be worth a shot but I'm not recommending it. Don Seavey
