This thing is so fast!  User friendly for a non tech savvy individual.  Had a little difficulty following installation guide, but it was a breeze once I got someone on the phone to help.

Two sided scanning, color laser printing, and fax. What more could you want? I was considering an HP vs this unit. So glad I went with this one. Great image quality, quiet and fast. Software install could be better, as in all in one package rather that a bunch of separate files, but it all works fine after getting it installed. We'll see how it does on eating supplies, and longevity.

Great AIO

I was looking at a color laser printer to replace an aging ink jet printer. I have a home office and need a good reliable printer. The black Friday price on this printer was too good to pass up. The printer is heavy and does take up a bit of room on a desk. It is all worth it as the print quality is outstanding, scanning is easy, and the setup was easy. I highly recommend.

Awesome Multifunction printer

*ATTENTION: If you're looking for a customizable, multi-user office-type printer you've found the right one!
Once set up, the imageClass MF753Cdw is very user-friendly for all those in the office! If you're not tech-savvy, I do recommend having someone come in to set up and customize the printer's settings to meet your office's needs.

The color printing detail is fine and clear. The printing speed is fast and noise level is reduced compared to the previous models. If you want good quality reliable printer, look no further!

Canon make the best laser printer

I had to call my IT person to help me figure out the paper trays then I tried to send a mail merge to it and I can't stop the thing from printing. All the missing printed pages is trying to print. It's basically useless at this point.

Going back to the drawing board

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only owned the Canon Color imageCLASS MF753Cdw  for a very short time.  However, I have had a chance to put it thru its' paces.  Initially, I had trouble scanning from my computer after setup.  I found that you cannot just download a scanner driver from Canon.  You have to download and install the "Master Setup" software, which includes the scanner driver. My computer is running an updated version of Windows 11 Pro.
After getting everything setup properly, I found that the print quality is very good and color accurate.  My only concern, and why I put 4 Stars instead of 5, is the quality of the ADF Duplex Scanner.  I adjusted many settings in an attempt to save a color accurate PDF to my computer.  I was unsuccessful in that endeavor.  One of the biggest reasons I bought this particular all-in-one printer, is the 2-sided ADF.  It scans B%26W documents just fine.
I just uploaded a couple images for you to view the difference between the ADF scanner and the platen glass scanner.  You can see that the colors on the ADF scanner are exaggerated, whereas the glass scanned image is an accurate reflection of the actual flyer that was scanned.
Scanning from the platen glass is great if you're only scanning one side of a color document, but if you need to scan multiple times of both sides, it's going to be a pain.
It should also be noted that the Canon Color imageCLASS MF753Cdw prints fast!  Really fast!.  I also appreciate the easy to navigate, customizable, 5 inch touchscreen menu.
The are a lot of pluses to the Canon Color imageCLASS MF753Cdw, so it will be a very tough decision as to whether I keep it or not.  The ADF not scanning as good as the platen glass could make all the difference for me.  I'll let you decide if it's a deal-breaker for you.

THE ADF DOES NOT SCAN AS GOOD AS THE GLASS.

I upgraded from a 10 year old Samsung printer and I really love this printer.  Prints super fast with nice colors and clear sharp texts.  Build quality is good for a home printer and should last for a long time.  

My only beef I have is the software.  It needs a big update.  For one, it gets confused when you install the software or try to print while you are using a VPN (which many people use for work).  The software should be written to choose the default internet interface, not the VPN!  My 10 year old Samsung didn't have this issue.  Also, the scanner software would crash my entire computer when I can big files in color.  This printer would be a big hit if enough resources were provided for the software engineers to do their part.

The printer works great so far but the scanner will not work. I will need to spend some time speaking with customer support to hopefully solve this issue.

Scanner not working

I have had the worst time trying to update the firmware. It wouldn't be so bad if I could turn off the automatic update. Every time I want to AirPrint I have to go to the printer and say no to the firmware update before it will print the document. Horrible directions. I have tried everything to no success.
