I have been using the carefree curl activator since May 2021.  This is my second big chop.  My first big chop was in 2009.  At that time, I spent hundreds of dollars on all kinds of natural hair products.  They were all just okay.  

I use the Carefree Curl Activator every day after a quick co-wash in the shower.  It allows me to finger detangle.  My hair is always so soft.  And just look at my poppin' curls on this 4c hair.  Anyway.  Give it a try.  Does not disappoint.
