I have been using Carefresh bedding for my rabbits for years now. We love that it is made with natural paper, no harmful toxins or chemicals, and less dust. This makes it the safest (and softest) option for those delicate little feets! We also love how you can get seasonal ones for Christmas and Halloween! After all, they are part of the family and deserve to celebrate the holidays their own way, too! My bunnies stay binkying with Carefresh!

This is the best paper bedding we've tried for our guinea pigs litter box. It's super absorbant, and leaves our piggies feet and bums dry when they go to the bathroom. It doesn't get smelly either, which is great. Definitely our favorite paper bedding!

A Must Have for Piggies!

 in the enclosure as well as is natural.

The best small animal bedding!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been such a game changer for our foster rabbits recovering from surgery. We have a tripod rabbit that is a Rex and needs extra softer surfaces for his paws so we use this all the time for him.

Excellent for rabbits that need a softer litter

I absolutely love the Carefresh small pet paper bedding! It not only absorbs my bunny's pee effectively so that it doesn't leak into his litter box but it also reduces the odor. I love that it's made of natural ingredients that won't harm my bunny if he steps on them or if he happens to be adventurous and bite it. Also, unlike other beddings, this doesn't have dust which makes it easy for your bunny's nose and for you. I only use about a handful a day because a little goes a long way. Can't recommend this enough!

Love this paper bedding!

My bunny, Chestnut Ryan, absolutely loves his Carefresh bedding! He's usually picky about textures, but he settles right into this one. It's super soft, really absorbent, and keeps odors under control so his space stays fresh much longer. I also appreciate that it's low-dust, which keeps both his enclosure and my home cleaner.

Carefresh also helped Chestnut Ryan become the best potty-trained rabbit ever! The absorbency and consistency made it so easy for him to understand where to go, and now I tell everyone about how quickly he learned. This bedding has genuinely made his habitat cozier, cleaner, and healthier. We won't use anything else!

I have 2 hamster, one dwarf hamster and one Syrain Hamster. These hamsters do not share the same cage. Anyway, in both of their cages, I use carefresh complete. Both hamsters absolutely love the bedding! They like to burrow and build "huts" with the bedding! Also, the bedding is absorbant. I would recommend that all hamster owners buy CareFresh Complete since hamsters love it! 

Also, I love how different litters are created for the different holidays! It makes the cage festive and allows the hamsters to participate in some of the holiday fun!!

Great Litter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hamster means the world to me and her health and comfort will always be my top priority. She's extremely sensitive to dust, so I'm very limited in what beddings I can use for her. Which is a very massive problem, as her cage is extremely large, being nearly 2x4 feet. That's a lot of space to fill and requires a ton of bedding. Carefresh is the really only option, and I couldn't live without it. My hamster loves it and so long as she's happy and healthy, so am I.

A Personal Favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a black Syrian hamster named Gus and he is 6 months old. I currently have him in a 40 gallon terrarium and use Carefresh Paper Bedding for him and try to keep a very deep layer of the bedding at all times. I absolutely love this product! It is super absorbent and so soft! He loves to play and create burrows and tunnels deep into the Carefresh paper bedding and sleep. It does control the odor very well and I like that it is dust free because I know it is safe for him and will not cause respiratory issues. I feel content knowing this product us safe for him and makes him feel comfortable. Hamsters do not have a very long life span and I feel relieved knowing I am giving him the best paper bedding product and giving him the best quality of life possible during his short time with me. I highly recommended this product to other small animal pet owners and only purchase this for my hamster Gus. I love the variety of colors offered and the high quality of the product. I will continue using this product no matter what for all current and future small animals. Carefresh is the best paper bedding product ever and will continue being a loyal customer.

Best paper bedding product ever!

Carefresh advertises as virtually dust and allergen free, this is misleading. If you have ever bought carefresh and noticed lots of particles, that is because their dust-free claim does not include all particles like lint. When dust becomes airborne it poses a risk to rodents as they have sensitive respiratory systems, and overtime exposure can lead to serious health problems. Lint is less likely to become airborne than dust due to particle size, but it can still easily become airborne and inhaled by small animals and lead to similar respiratory issues as dust. Although lint usually settles on the sides if you think hamsters/gerbils will be constantly digging throwing these particles back up into the air. My hamster was constantly sneezing when she came out of her burrows and eventually developed a respiratory infection and was on antibiotics, they are not completely transparent about the cleanliness of the environment their bedding provides. Therefore I'm writing this review to hopefully be transparent where the company cannot. I'm speaking as someone who has purchased this bedding over 7 months, I have an idea of the general quality.
