For years, I have used a different brand, but I seem to have developed an itching problem a lot in the past year or so from them. I finally decided to try something else. Although, I thought these carefree liners are supposed to be unscented. They do have a little bit of a scent. It’s not a bad scent and it has not caused me any irritation so far so I may have found my new panty liners. I think sometimes the plastic or even the sticky parts can cause an allergic reaction. I’ve been using these now for about a month and so far they are working out fine.

These panty liners are affordable and I like that they are individually wrapped. I have been using this brand for years and they have never let me down. The only issue I have is they do bunch up sometimes, but depends on how much you’re moving.

This is a better panty liner than the paper thin 99 cent Always liners because they have an absorbent liner.

Fresh Liner

This is a thin small pad. It just keeps me fresh. It would not be enough for someone who leaks but its perfect for me!

I love having these for protection from light leakage.  They are not bulky or heavy.  Just perfect for slight problems.  Help to protect your clothing from being wet.

Best for light leakage

Couldn't get my Always liners and saw these on sale so I thought what the heck, it's the same thing.. Wrong. These are terrible. Packaging falls apart, liners have barely any stickiness, they bunch up, shift, and just look and feel cheap. I used these years ago and they were fine. But it looks like they've changed  this product and cut back on quality. Don't buy. Spend an extra dollar on Always.

Cheap, poorly made

I’m not a large woman but these are very tiny. I’m 5’4 and weigh 124. They are tooo small. Better for teen or age appropriate

Not sure what happened to the adhesive on these because they used to be great, but every single one in the most recent package comes off almost immediately.

In February 2025,  I wrote a positive review of the Carefree Panty liners.  I have since discovered   info regarding cancer causing items in those liners and  am changing my review to a  ONE STAR rating per following  info from Keosian Law Firm regarding Mass Tort Action :
