Tire arrived a day earlier than expected, which was great! Tire was great quality. The only problem we had was getting the bead to set, so we could inflate it, but I think that is because our air compressor wasn't powerful enough. We took it to our mechanic and they were able to do it for us, and it works great on our riding mower. Would recommend this tire.

I would buy this again

Everything went smoothly. Walmart tire center took the old tires off the rim and installed the new ones. The tires were not smashed together, so the tires were able to seat with no problems. Out of the store in less then 20 minutes. Have only mowed once since, tires are good, no issues.

Carlisle tires for mower

I had these tires on mower for 22 years.  One had been plugged and later an inner tube, so when it went flat again i just bought a new tire. The local mower repair shop wanted $97 for one tire. I found these on line for less than $50 each. So I bought 2 and replaced both rear tires. Plus, they arrived much earlier than expected. Couldn't be more pleased.

Good pruchase

Walmart was the only place to find this particular tire not already mounted. It arrived smashed to the point I could not mount it myself. I had to pay to get it mounted.

I order this tire online, via Wal-Mart. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Good price, fast delivery to my neighborhood store, etc. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it looked like it had been stored under 1,000 lbs of something extremely heavy. I was squashed. I had doubts, but I took it to Discount Tire to be mounted on my lawnmower rim, thinking if anyone can make this work, it would be them. They tried and tried, and tried, with no success.  I returned said tire, and purchased from another Vendor, with no issues at all.

Very Disappointed

Carlstar is the same as Carlisle. These are the rear  tires for a John Deere L100. The image shows the defect, ie. the concave is much worse than shown. This tire is so concave that creating a seal is impossible, I have had two professional tire installation companies attempt. I am trying to heat and re-curve the tire to create a seal to inflate. This tire should NEVER have left the factory! Extremely poor engineering and or quality control. DO NOT BUY THIS TIRE!

how are they gonna advertise it pictured on the rim!! i could get the same size tire twenty bucks cheaper, I bought this one cause y was a great price for the tire on the rim. False Advertising Walmart.

Tires took forever to be delivered. When they got there they were damaged by FEDEX in the shipping process and could not be mounted on the rims.

Had to be returned. And then re ordered. Had to take tires to another vendor because Walmart did not have the equipment to mount them.

It was a big hassle

This is got to be one of the worst online purchases I have ever made.If you read the reviews as I did some people have deformed tires.The tires are pressed somewhat flat and taped to keep them compressed.Now some people say put them in the sun or use a heater and they will return to normal shape.
Well the tires I received are still not normal shape after about a month.I suspect the tires were still warm when compressed and retained that shape when cooled.I thought I would be able to get the beads to seat.Well with the tire being deformed the bead is not even close to the rim.The ratchet strap method will not work on these deformed tires.I have used the ratchet strap on numerous tires over the years from the smallest lawnmower tires to car tires.I gave up and took the rim tire assembly to tire stores.The first two stores couldnt get the bead to seat.The third wanted to put tubes in the tires because the beads couldnt be seated.I am not putting tubes in new tires.I could have done that with the old tires.The tractor dealership that sold the lawn mower wanted 47.50(a half hour labor) to seat one tire and no guarantee they could either.
I ordered these tires thru a third party on walmart.com because the tires were out of stock at walmart since the end of the summer.So with the weeds too high,I ordered from the third party thru walmart.A week later walmart had the tires back in stock at a much lower price.I had been waiting since september for walmart to get these tires again.Maybe I would have had a problem with those too since all are compressed.
I hardly ever write reviews but dont buy these tires unless you want headaches and throw money away.I ended up getting two wheel tire assemblies from a home improvement store rather than take a chance on another set of tires and another week of weed growth.

The picture shows the tire with the rim so I assumed the rims were included.  Imagine my surprise when I just got tires and no rims.  Now I need to make an appointment to have the idea out on the old rims.  Misleading information. Need better descriptions. I am a Walmart employee but not sure I will use the website again.
