picture completely misleading!  The tire didn't come with the inside part like it shows.

The picture shows a rim with the tire and the description does not say it does not come with the rim. Either the picture needs to be changed or the description updated to say it does not come with the rim.

Put these tires on my 1991 Wheel Horse 416H. The original tires were 27 years old, cracked and hard with little grip. New tires are just what I needed.
