I LOVE the softness and colors of Caron Simply Soft Yarn. The range of colors and designs (ombres and other combinations) make crochet work with this yarn a great pleasure for me as creator and recipients of the items I make. Amazing color

It would be nice if the yarn was started in the middle (end of string coming from the middle).  It goes smoothly that way instead of having to unravel it from the outside  (Turning and turning).

The yarn is great.  Wish there was a pink to rose ombre.  Maybe the baby girl I am making this blanket for will grow up to love shades of lavender and purple.  :). But I used the blues ombre for her big brother a few years ago, so had to match yarn and pattern.

I bought this product as per instructions for a crochet headband. The headband look like it had slight differences in color and the color gradually changed but it was not so bold in color as the darker color is. The contract of the darker color is too much. Also the yarn constantly gets caught on the recommended 5 mm hook as it isn&#x27;t twisted very well. It also seems to feel more like cotton.
