Birthday

Just wanted to comment on the single review that says stopped working, something loose inside. This clearly indicates one of two things, the car was faulty and could've been returned and exchanged; or, the grandmother was not watching the grandchild and the child broke the toy.

Great value. My son wanted to get it at Disney World for more than twice the price, and I told him to wait until we got home and I could order it here. It's very easy to maneuver. It's cheap plastic, though, so I don't know how long it'll last.

Affordable and fun

I would like to help those that have used this all but an hour and the toy whirrs but rear wheels move slow. I took mine apart from same issues. Expensive Batteries were very strong, motor wasnt slipping but the plastic rear gear on the back axle was. The gear slips over a small grip area on the axle but the plastic gear gets stripped and spins after some usage. I havent found a replacement part and am considering another way to keep the gear from slipping if i cant find good parts. This is not acceptable for a toy of this price and from this company. Disappointed, but i will find a way to fix it. I will try an appropriate adhesive or drilling a hole through the axle and gear with a wire or something to secure it to the axle. Have to be careful due to space around the gear. This is the cause of our issues. Hope this helps.

Plastic Axle gear strips after an hour

Lasted for an afternoon, works after you open it, something is loose!  Grandson disappointed, Grandma too to see his disappointment.

Failed

Gave this to my son for his birthday. He LOVED it howvwer it Stopped working after playing with it for 1 day. The back wheels make a whirring noise but don't move. He was so upset. Will be returning.

Broke after 1 day

It stopped working about an hour after my nephew started playing with it.  We were all in the living room so we know he wasn't being rough with it.  The motor whirs but the wheels stopped spinning.  Tried putting new batteries in- no luck.
