The book does a good job of putting together key elements for critical thinking and writing skills for students. It also does a good job of adding spelling and vocabulary to help the students expand their overall academic writing. The math portion is small but it includes an overview of all topics covered within the third grade level. Highly recommend as a supplemental learning resource or for those homeschooling that need a guideline on what topics to cover on core subjects.

My daughter loves these books

Good

Not so good. I had to return to update my review. Quality control is poor. Going through this book with my child there many errors. Too many to pass up. At first I didn't feel the need to update the review… now…  eleven is spelled “elven” on one page when doing time, another page has the example 9-4=7. It doesn't even make sense. Next to it has the correct answer. Too many errors.
