I have tried other brands but Cascade is the best. I have 4 children with spouses and 12 grandchildren, some with friends that come along to family gatherings, so needless to say, my dishwasher gets a lot of use and I would not use anything but Cascade. When I get the dishes out of the dishwasher I know they are clean and that is the most important thing. With the other brands I would have to take the dishes out of the dishwasher and wash them again, that infuriated me. Thanks for Cascade Action Pacs, it is a wonderful product.

Some time ago I wrote an opinion about the Cascade All in 1 Complete that I was using, but dissatisfied with the strong perfumed scent. It looks as though the makers of the product listened and changed the formula. It now has the Lemon Burst Scent.
For many years I've used Cascade. It always cleansed the best. It seems to clean even better and leaves a nice shine since the change.

Happy With New Scent

I'v been using Cascade Platinum ActionPacs and really like how well they clean. They remove grease and dried food easily , even without pre-rinsing , and leave my dishes spotless.  
One thing I really appreciate is that they don't leave any smells on the dishes, which is very important for me. I also feel comfortable using them for washing baby dishes.

I have been testing this Cascade over the past few months trying to see what it won't get off. I have yet to succeed in this task! These little packets pack a punch that even my 16 year-old daughter can't beat! Hahaha! I am definitely a customer for life. Keep up the great work!

P.S. The photos I'm including are of a wooden spoon with mostly dried on Mac'n cheese…before and after.

Best dishwasher detergent EVER!!!

These pods are amazing and leave my dishes sparkling clean! Although a lot of their products are great, I'm partial to this one. It's great at getting the stubborn dried on food off the dishes. Highly recommended!!

Spectacular product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishes on the top rack of my dishwasher were not getting clean and were very spotty. Thinking that I may have a bad batch of detergent, I bought more.. No improvement. Thought maybe my dishwasher was going bad. Before purchasing a new one, I decided to try a different brand of detergent. I selected Cascade Complete. Wow! What a difference! Sparkling clean dishes, no spots. Outstanding product!

I don't need a new dishwasher after all.

This product - Cascade Lavender - leaves a fragrance within my dishwasher and on all the items in the dishwasher. This is, I assume, the intent. However, this does not bode well with my coffe cups. Drinking coffee from such a cup is not pleasent. The flavor and fragrance of the coffee is currupted. I can only imagine what would be the results for tea drinkers, where tea flavors are more gentle.

Also, this product leases streakes on the dishwasher interior. This was not the case with the traditional Lemon flavored product.

Cascade pacs - Lavender

I can not tell you strenously enough how disappointed I am with the Phosphate Free Cascade. My dishes, pots and pans, glassware, flatware and plastics are left with a white, encrusted film that requires me soaking everything in lemon juice. My dishwasher was old, so I thought it was the guilty culprit. After spending $700 on a new dishwasher I came to learn there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher, only the detergent. I have used Cascade for about 30 years, always satisfied. No longer.

Fortunately I have been able to purchase a phophate additive to add to the detergent. I have to tell you, I will no longer buy Cascade, until either phosphates are added back to the formula, or it is revamped and actually works.

I greatly resent that your ads tout that the "new" Cascade is improved and better. That is false advertising, because it is just not so. It is worse. MUCH WORSE. You would be doing the public a service if you put a warning on your packaging that the product WILL LEAVE A FILM IF USED IN HARD WATER or NOT RECOMMENDED IN HARD WATER. It is the honorable thing to do.

I have read many of the responses by your employees, suggesting ways to improve Cascades effectiveness. I have tried them, none of them have worked. My water is over 150 degrees, ALWAYS use a rinse agent. I am so disappointed with your product.

Phosphate Free Cascade is a disappointment

I bought the new Mediterranean lavender scent a couple of weeks ago. I have always used cascade and love the product, but this time they got the smell all wrong!! I kept trying to figure out why it smelled like a mans cologne in the house and it turned out to be the dishwasher. The dishes come out clean, as always with cascade, but now all the cups smell like men's cologne and it's not a nice smell. I will go back to the original lemon smelling, but for those of you that want to try something different....DON'T!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I bought these because my dishwasher recommends Cascade. The pack did not dissolve. Tried a new pod and it still didn't work. Ended up having to unload and hand wash everything. Don't waste your money.
