(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After trying several competitor foods and Purina flavours we finally found the one Harley loves without question! The larger flavour pieces mixed in with the regular kibble seems to be the draw to the bowl. I mix each serving up by hand in the bowl so the enhanced flavour pieces will touch all the kibble, this helps a lot for a fussy eater. I'd like to see a little more of these in each bag.

Gets his attention whenever the bag is opened!

My Dog LOVES this food

Finally found something that works

Beautiful Coat!

Avro is a 2 year old HUA Dalmatian, because of this I have to be extra cautious of the food he eats to make sure it's low enough in purines for him. To make it all more complicated for myself Avro when I got him refused to eat almost anything. He is very specific about textures and taste and he gets bored very easily. This made it very hard to gain weight and put on muscle. 
We have been on the Pro Plan Shredded Blend for a year now! A YEAR, with Avro not getting bored and actually sitting and finishing his meals. This is phenomenal for my extra picky boy and the chicken is definitely his favourite. 
This will forever be our go to food and have even recommended it to other picky pups we know.

Our vet advised to stick to a brand that has been around for awhile and is constantly trialing its food.  We settled on Purina Pro-Plan complete essentials.  We cycle through the chicken and rice and beef and rice blends.  Our dogs love this food and have never been healthier.  Their coats are shinny, their eyes are bright and it is obvious how well they feel.  We have received many compliments on their appearance and health.  If you're looking for a great dog food that will keep your dogs healthy, happy and loving life, I highly recommend this food.  You will not be disappointed.

Our Dogs love Purina Pro Plan!

I've been buying this product for 4 years for my dogs. It has gone from a shredded blend to a powdered blend. I am throwing out totally inappropriate amounts of dog food dust, the stuff I used to just find in the bottom of the bag, is now throughout the bag and in a large volume.  see images for 15 cups of food.

Look elsewhere.  They've changed how is made.
