Watch's light struggles to illuminate display in low-light conditions.

Requires careful attention and instructions to set up correctly.

Great color pattern that goes with most summer outfits I have.  All the specs add up.  Was easy to set up.  button pattern matches most Casio watches so not so confusing.  I was supprised to see that the face is shiny, almost holographic!  The picture did not show that as clear.  Just looks like a non-shinny green/blue camo pattern.  I came to like this though!  The only complaint that I have is more a personal one, but being a man with the wrist size of a 10-yr old girl the band seems to slip and loop at the bottom a lot LOL.  Other than that, a Great G-SHOCK for everyday wear!  Thank you!

I love this watch and it is absolutely beautiful. But I will have to say that it is really challenging to learn how to set everything even if you try to go step by step with the owners manual that it comes with. I finally ended up having to Google it and even then it was still a challenge. Also the digital display is impossible to see in the dark even when the light button is pressed. You can see the hands just fine but none of the digital features.

loved everything about watch...bought for my husband.
we could not make it run for the life of it.looked on internet and still had no luck.
it's a good looking very masculine  watch you love it, if you can get it to run. my husband is 78 years old 
and that may have been our problem. Lol

I got this watch for my husband for Christmas. He absolutely loved it. It is very nice looking on his wrist and this watch is definitely a winner.

my old casio stopped working, so i needed a change, a new appearance on the wrist, so when i saw this watch i wanted it and it was discounted, nice looking and very functional

I've had this G-Shock watch for 1 week %26 I am very pleased with it.  The watch keeps accurate time so far, it's comfortable to wear, %26 looks great.  It has loads of features that I am still learning about but the user manuals that I printed from the Casio web site is a big help. It is a great value for the money.   I definitely recommend this watch.

A lot of things about this watch is good.  Good quality, band is good. The thing I don't like is that it's very difficult to read the digital portion of the display (date, etc.). There isn't enough contrast between the numbers and the background and it isn't illuminated making it almost impossible to read unless the you're in the sunlight or bright indoor light. There's no way to read it at night or poor lighting even when you activate the illumination.

the watch is beautiful, it fits really good and the band locks in place with the slider . you just cannot see the date unless you are in a very well lit room . the light on the watch itself dies not allow you to see the date at all , thats really the only downfall to it

G Shock is a great watch, cannot figure out how to set it,  I have tried and tried, I even looked on line for help.

Hard to set up

This watch was extremely hard to set and not user friendly. You can't see the time easily using the hands or the digital clock. The light is not bright enough.
