Great for two players. I bought this a week ago and my husband and I have played it almost twice a day everyday since. We are big fans of Pandemic so this was a cool co-op game to add to our rotation. I will say that after playing this many many times, aside from the occasional close call by applying difficulty modifiers I ended up buying the Wizard's Tower expansion (keep your eye out for a sale) to up the challenge. This game is a lot of fun.

Great cooperative game! Play together to defeat the monsters and save the castle. My 9 year old loves it! He doesn't want to play other games with me, because I win too much. In this game we win together!

I played this at my hubby's coworker's house for the first time last month and decided it needed to be in our own board game closet. It's an easy game to learn and great for playing with family and friends when you have a get together. We plan on bringing this to the parents house for the holidays.
4 to 6 players are working together to keep the castle intact while monsters invade. The game can last as little as 30 minutes to a couple of hours depending on how cooperative and strategic you are and of course how the dice roll!

Family Game Night

This is a great game to play as a family.  My favorite part is that it is a cooperative game, you work together to defeat the creatures attacking your castle.  We plan to purchase the expansion packs as well.

My review my not be the most helpful, I didn't even open the game box nor play the game.  I bought it for my nephew as birthday gift......he and his friends love it though.

Looks like a fun game.

Very happy with the Walmart price and delivery of this game.  It is a good quality game, with fun illustrations and punch-out characters.
We have played it many times, great for young kids.  I have to admit this is not my favorite game, I prefer Forbidden Island.  But this is similar, game depends on random card draw.  It is possible to get completely destroyed with a bad card mix, but more often there is a couple of moments of "danger" and then the players win fairly easily.  Game does often end up with the "big" players telling the "little" players where to go and directing game play.  Fun little game that holds the attention of 6+ year-olds without boring the parents.

Pluses: Easy to set up, relatively easy to play. A good game for group dynamics.
Minuses: A lot to keep track of move to move. Not the most replayable game.

I love this game but would like to see some female heros as well. My daughters asked why all the heros were men.
