I bought this for my two kittens when they were 12 weeks old. They really loved it then and even now at 7 months old they still love it. Since this one is smaller I keep it in my bedroom as I have different fountains throughout my house. I recently bought the Catit Pixi fountain for downstairs to replace a stainless steal one they no longer will drink from (cats are finicky like that lol) I have had no issues with it and it's easy to clean and change the filter. I clean it once a week and I always keep it as full as possible. The only time I even hear any motor noises is when it's not full enough. Every cat is different and will have different fountain preferences. I find this one to be very versatile and highly recommend for kittens.

We got this because we wanted a back up if its big brother stopped working. Would love a full indicator on the side, but otherwise, these are great. One of my cats only drinks out of the bigger one of these.

I love this for fresh water for my cat - the water stays clean because it is constantly moving and being filtered.
I do wish they came in a smaller size - they are advertised as MINI but they are not very mini - 6 cups of water is a lot of water to use every day - I do recycle some of it some days to water my plants but I only have 4 so that doesn't use up a lot of it.

I bought this b/c u saw ut on sale and someone told me thst having flowing water for cats is better. And although i like this concept, this make a lot of noise like it is empty and you need to refill it. But when I do it only takes a day and its back to making the same noise, so I dont know it is b/c the gilter is clogged or what. The water us stull coming out. So I will clean it again and see how it does from there. I do wish the water came out just a bit more. But my cat easily transitioned to it, so there is no problem there. I just wish i could see the water yo know when it is time to change. B/c when I did change it, the water was gross. And I felt so bad. I dont know the frequency in changing these, so I will not have to check more often.

If I could get the boise under control it would be perfect. Only seems to go away when I add more water even tho the bowl seems full. So maybe add a clear window or something so we can actually see the water and level and to see if it is dirty. That would be great!

Good but not great

I got this for my cat as an addition to the stainless steel one. My cats can knock the lid off and get water everywhere as opposed to the stainless steel one. I can't use it and the spare filters I bought for it are now useless. I don't recommend this one. It is also rather noisy.

Not a Great Fountain

This is my second fountain, I have the stainless steel flower one as well.
this one is not held together as well and my cats knock the top off and make a mess. I can't use it. It is definitely not as good as the others.

Fountain works well but the pump is incredibly noisy! Cleaned once a week and new filter once a month… it was purchased in June 2024… always been noisy

I bought this fountain a while back for my parents' two cats. I have the larger, round flower fountain and love it for my 3 girls, so I thought this one would be great for slightly fewer cats. I was very wrong. This fountain is constantly noisy, and not a quiet little hum, either. It also overflows from the slit that the cord for the motor sits in, which has ruined part of the hardwood floor where it sits, as well as caused the formation of black mold all around the nearby food dish. This design needs a serious re-think, because the current one is horrible. Going to be buying the larger fountain for them, and either giving this one away to someone who is hard of hearing/deaf, or just outright trashing it (and I haaaate throwing away items that still work). 0/10 do not recommend.
