I like those feeders a lot! The easy scheduling and food measurements help me to keep my cat on her diet . The setup was easy. The ability to change the schedule (or give an extra treat ) while being away from home is priceless!

Perfect feeders!

My cat, Marcus, used to eat too much too quickly and throw up. Now with Pixi, we just dispense 7 smalls meals a day and he never gets sick! He loves this feeder and so do I! It works perfectly with his food and dispenses a small amount (we have it set on the smallest setting of 1 portion). It makes it super convenient for me and my husband that work long hours and aren't home for 12 hours a day on days we work. It also dispenses at the same time each day which I think is important for Marcus to be on a consistent schedule (since my husband and I do not have consistent work schedules). It was worth every penny!

Over Eater No More!

This is absolutely fantastic! My cat has a huge appetite & would eat his whole bowl of dry food. Putting a schedule on his feeding has literally been a blessing. I can now confidently know that he will be fed when I'm not at home. Love the app, especially notifications of the feeder being low on food. The other handy feature is to unable the ‘nose' function, so that the cat doesn't learn the trick of pushing it to release his feeding. My cat found that trick & so I disabled it. Genius!!

Love this feeder! My cat can't stop himself, so I can't leave one of those bottomless feeders out. I had one that could only do four feedings before being reloaded. This one can go days. 

It does jam frequently. So it's great to get the message on my phone so I can fix it when I get home. It also tells me if it is running low. The other issue is that my cat is able to tip it over easily. You have to be careful that the lid is on correctly. I've put tape on it. Seems like a better fastening system would be better. I am putting a chair in front of it now after a big feed and a big barf. Carpet cleaners followed. 

The online feature is really convenient, but I found it hard to allow someone else to access it while I was away. I had to get 2.4 wifi set up as well. 5G didn't work properly.

I like my automatic feeder, but I wish I had an to option to buy a slow feeder bowl. The reason I use the automatic feeder is because my cats love their food and do not have the self control to be free fed. Once fed now, they eat so quickly and would like to have to option to slow them down a bit so it avoids them scarfing down their meal in less than 60 seconds.

The smart feeder was great when we first got it, we used it on trips and our cats loved it! Unfortunately, a recent update to the app broke it. The app forced us to do a firmware update, bit it does not work. Other people have had the same issue, and there is no fix currently. Catit, please fix the update!

Amazing, but now terrible.

A cute design and holds a good amount of food. However, it does not work with 5gHz WIFI and there is nothing on the packaging to indicate that. Without connection to the internet, you cannot program anything and there is no way to set it up. Entirely unusable without warning. Be aware of your wifi specifications before you buy.

Mon chat a des croquettes pour la santé dentaire, donc elles sont plus grosses, et ça fait bloquer le mécanisme. La taille des croquettes n'est pas précisée dans les instructions mais ça fonctionne seulement avec les petites croquettes

Does not works with royal canin, it stays stuck. The maximum size for the kibble is way too small. Do not recommend if you have royal canin food.

Size limit

Worked perfect for about two months. Internal mechanism no longer dispenses. Was honestly going to buy two more for gifts, but due to lackluster performance will be moving on from using this brand. Hopefully it will change.
