The Catit Senses Mushroom is a unique, fast-paced feather toy that keeps your cat engaged from all angles. Its built-in sensors pick up on your cat’s movements, triggering the feather to pop out of a random opening, starting the chase. I've had this toy for about a month and my cats remain fully and wholly obsessed with it - which is unprecedented, as they're generally quick to lose interest in a toy. Well-made and has withstood the abuse of a VERY energetic kitten. Highly recommended!

Worth every penny!

I have a deaf cat, and I find it extremely hard finding a toy that interests him, but this mushroom does grab his attention. Obviously, with him being deaf, I have to point him in the direction of the toy when it is on since he can't hear it. My hearing cat has no interest in it, but she always seems to sense when I buy a toy for my deaf cat as she seems to leave those toys alone. It is extremely hard, finding a toy for a deaf cat since most of them rely on them hearing Toys to draw their attention to them.

Finally, a toy my deaf cat likes to play with.

My kitten absolutely loves this toy. He can spend 15-20 minutes at a time trying to catch the feather. It's very entertaining and engaging toy. Recommend highly!

Great toy!

My cats enjoyed the mushroom and trying to catch the feather. At first I was worried it would be like a laser pointer with no satisfaction of actually catching the prey, but they were able to get the feather and pull it out was seemed ok at first. Then, it went missing! Since it is such a small piece with rubber on it, I was worried a cat would eat it and cause a foreign body obstruction. So, unfortunately I returned the mushroom out of caution. :( The toy seems like a good idea but not super safe in practice.

My cats liked it, but feather kept going missing. . .

Le jeu est vraiment captivant pour mon chat mais en 2 semaines, il n'y a plus de plume. Le champignon est très solide mais hélas la plume s'effiloche au contact des griffes pour finalement avoir carrément été arrachée incluant le petit bidule en caoutchouc. Ça fait donc cher pour un usage de 2 semaines. Dommage parce que le jouet intéressait vraiment mon chat.

La plume n'a pas résisté aux griffes

Its quite loud. I saw it on display at catcon. I think the noise at catcon must have drowned out the noise from the toy. I did not expect it to be so loud. My foster kittens are afraid of it. I like the idea and concept. But I wish it were quieter.

Je suis déçu du produit qui fonctionne à pile. Mes chats l'adorent les piles ne durent pas longtemps même avec les piles rechargeables. J'aurais aimé qu'il soit rechargeable avec câble usb cmieux pour l'environnement

Déception

My Cats all LOVE it but I didn't read the specs of the product to know it's batty operated. Which is too bad, as even with on with motion, the batteries were dead in 3 days. That gets expensive!! LMK when an updated rechargeable option is available.

Was great 'til it stopped working. I've only had it a few months and despite putting brand new batteries in which I've confirmed are fully charged, it won't turn on. I've opened it up and there's no issue there. I think the motor is dead.

Not particularly happy with this toy, the cats can only play for about two seconds until the feathers come off. Once off, you have to dig around to find the arm and when you put them back on, they don't seat easily or remain snug enough to stay on. Trying to figure out how I can modify this thing to make it useful now because it's cute. Can't recommend the Mushroom or replacements.
