Small size fits my 8 1/2 men's dress shoes.  The front is split so that when installed, shoe tree, fills the front portion of the shoe nicely, reducing creases in the front.  Easy to remove and install.

What did you like or dislike? 
I do like the product; It does appear to be solid or well made. My only dislike since the seller hasn't replied back to me is that now either I throw the product out or figure out how to make it work for me. I wear a size 13 shoe (Which this product is supposed to support) and this item is about 3 to 4 inches to short, and it may even be 5 inches. Because in order to work the but end needs to be supported by the back of the shoe, and as I said it isn't even close.
