Traction

Love them! They are easy to put on and work great on ice. My husband and I both used them when we went fishing to keep from slipping on the ice and into the lake.

Husband got these after we had a lot of freezing rain and the entire yard/ feed yard was covered with ice.  He got an XL so that they would fit over his packboots.  They are a life saver! They go on hard, but they are supposed too.  They have stayed on unlike others he has tried.  We did find them in our local store. Great Buy!

Perfect problem solver

These things are amazing and work great! 

We got a bad ice storm that left everything covered in ice followed by a snow storm with no time to melt the ice. Without these it was impossible to move around without slipping and falling. Just put these on over your boots and you can feel your feet sticking to the ice like you now have cat claws.

They give you lots of traction and the cleats are robust. These Large fit my wife's size 10 shoe and have 4 metal cleats mostly on the ball of the foot. I would definitely recommend the XL size that has 8 cleats if your size 11 or especially if you have big feet or large boots the XL are perfect.

I have two sets of these as I didn't know if they would be available later in the winter. I was going to give 5 stars but after  2 months of daily use we got some sub 0 temps that really froze the ground and ice hard. Now we had a sleet that coated the walkway with black ice. Here the ice cleats simply can't bite in fully. I certainly would have fallen a couple times and these did prevent that. However they will slip on this glare ice especially after they get worn some. I tried a brand new set in the same conditions but without heel cleats they will slip.  Still they are far better than just boots our athletic shoes.  I wak 3-6 miles every day with my dog so mine have lots of miles but still dig in when the temps are in the mid 20 deg F.

Liked the traction, but the first day I wore them one fell off my boot.  After I realized it was missing, I was unable to find it after I back-tracked my steps.  I also had already stopped twice to re-set them to stay centered on my size 9.5 boot.  Turned out to be a waste of money.

Disappointing fit.
