I also like that there is no fragrance in it. The smell kind of reminds me of flour, which I don't hate. I regularly have bumps in my t-zone area and the day after my first use, my skin was noticeably smoother. I could also notice it was not dryer than usual. I will continue using it to see if it can really prevent future breakouts and reduce acne marks in the long term. I do wish Cetaphil was certified cruelty free; that is the only drawback of this serum for me.

We have tried so many products with little to no results and plenty of added skin irritation.
He has been using it nightly for about 2 weeks now and his skin is showing remarkable improvement. His skin looks clearer with fewer breakouts and the overall redness and irritation from previous products seems to be healing.
The serum is light and fluid in consistency so a little goes a long way. There is no scent.
I tried the serum on myself to see how it reacts under makeup. It goes on smoothly and does not pill. No issues there.

Effective and Gentle Acne Solution

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Initial thoughts- I have been using this product past two days ,I have really sensitive facial skin with acne. It doesn't make your face oily or even doesn't feel  like you applied something on your face. Usually salicylic acid products used to give a a slightly burning sensation. Apart from that no smell or no flaking or reactions or new pimples spotted yet. I will update my review after few more uses to see whether it reduces acne or not.
