I love this lotion! I use this lotion to moisturize my face. After I apply the Cetafil to my face my skin feels soft and moisturized. It lasts for 24 hrs. I will always use Cetafil for my facial moisturizer. It's not greasy. It absorbs very well into my skin.

This is the best lotion. My boyfriend had dermatitis so bad, for years. Prescription topical medication did not work. He has tried everything. His hands hasn't been better, almost totally gone. Looking so good. And feels so much better.  Uses this lotion religiously.  It's pretty expensive but it definitely works.

I have been using this lotion for years and it works for me! I am a Cosmetologist and I have my hands in water all the time and they get very dry. This is the only thing I've found that will help. I even have my daughter using it!

I have been using Cetaphil for about 10 years. I started using it because it would not clog my pores and it was lightweight. It does not have much of a scent and a little bit goes a long way. It is not greasy and does not leave any residue on my hands. Quality product!

I love the way it does  to my skin when I apply it on my skin. It makes my skin feel soft and keeps my skin from being itchy! It also makes it healthier for me because of my diabetes!

LOVE THIS LOTION!

I've tried so many different body lotions. They'd work for about a month or 2 and then my skin would go back to what it was- dry, flaky, rough bumps. My skin has always had issues retaining moisture, no matter how much I hydrate myself. This is the first lotion that actually stays on my skin! It makes my skin feel silky smooth. I personally do prefer the non-scented. I know for some that may be a "factor" but to each their own.

It's my 2nd purchased as I love using the 1st one I got, but something wrong on my 2nd one, when I attempt to order the price went up like double so I waited til it went back to original price.
And I made my 2nd order but I'm totally disappointed coz they sent me a different one and I'm not happy about it. I expected the same thing like what I ordered but I received different one.
So I may not order again unless they make it right and make their customers happy.

Seems to do a good job of moisturizing but does feel slightly greasy to me.   
Also, and more importantly to me, fragrance free doesn't actually mean it has no smell like you might think but rather simply that they added no fragrance. There is a natural smell from the components which I found to be quite unpleasant
