I've been wearing chaco's consistently for almost 7 years, and this is only my third pair, I've still got my second, and a blown strap from wearing the first pair too much. These have to be the most comfortable ones I have owned yet, the foot bed is very soft but supportive, and honestly I'm not sure if y'all changed what kind of webbing you use, but they webbing is SOO soft and comfortable. I recommend these to any and everyone.

I became a diehard Chaco sandal fan just this year. I have had plantar fasciitis, lifelong flat feet, ankle issues and have for years struggled to find supportive shoes to ease my aches and pains. I tried Chacos years ago, but they didn't feel good at all. But this year after my podiatrist suggested I try them, I gave them another go. Come to find out, I must not have tried on the right size before. This time my feet were measured and that made all the difference in the world. My feet immediately felt great in a men's 9 wide. I love my Chacos and don't know what I'm going to do through the winter now. My biggest wish now is for Chacos to make some of their mens' shoes  in wide sizes!

Great Sandal to Relieve Foot Pain

Please don't laugh.. I bought this shoe in 2002, and they are STILL my favorite.  I wore them out of the store and still wear them!!!
I've bought dozens of other brands and ALWAYS go back to these! 
The black has faded some, lol, no big surprise.. And the bottom shows some wear.   But the stitching, sole, and everything else is awesome.  In fact, I laughed because I am wearing them now!
I am a women's 9, and I bought a men's 7.
I can't wear the toe thing; for me they just hurt.
Anyway, I couldn't resist leaving feedback any longer.  
I wish I knew if mine are M or wide.  And I wish I could find a solid color just like them.  I could buy the black ones, but I have the black!

Amazing!

Love the immediate comfort felt in the sandal. Walked all day in them on my vacation and no discomfort. Would definitely recommend them. It would be nice if there were more straps that were unisex in nature for women who need to order the men's wide because the women's is not wide enough. Customer Service was great when trying to look for straps that were not to masculine.

Love the comfort of the Z Cloud

Wish you had more choices for a wide foot.   These sandals are on the heavy side but comfortable.   I wish these has a clasp for easy in/out of the sandal.  They seem to loosen when I take them off and they don't slip on easily.   So far, the sandals seem comfortable but have loosened a few times while I'm walking.

The Z1 cloud is seriously more comfortable than the original foot bed. My feet could not handle the original foot bed, but the cloud version was very easy to get used to.
My only complaint is that they are surprisingly large for their stated size. While I wear size 10.5 or even 11 in other brands, I can wear a 9 in these.

I am female and usually only require a women's wide in sneakers. None of my other shoes are wide width.  I was bummed and surprised to find out that I actually needed a Men's wide in these. 
I didn't want to pay for a custom pair since I wasn't sure how even the Men's wide would fit, or if they'd be comfortable for my feet as I need a good arch support. 
So, now the strap is too long. 
I did wear these for walking around at a festival and although my feet were tired, I had no blisters or foot pain. If you're on the fence and need supportive shoes, they're definitely worth a try.

My first pair.

I'm too embarrassed to admit precisely how much time I spent researching sandals for wide feet, but I will say that it was a LOT.  I've been wearing these sandals for a couple of days and I can report the following:

They are wide enough at the heel, but my three little toes sort of hang off the edge and they look like they are clawing to hang on for dear life.  I love them because they're waterproof and adjustable around the instep, but I wish they were wider on the sides instead of curved inward. I probably should have ordered a size larger, but now it's too late.

The color of the does not match the color that's shown in the picture. The actual product is much darker, incredibly misleading. You should look up what the “Bit Mountain” color actually looks like if you're choosing that color

I had a pair of black and grey regular z chacos that I loved and wore everyday until the left one snapped, I recently bought these as a replacement cause I thought they looked cooler and i wanted to see if they were more cumfortable but oh my gosh I can't wear them, they absorb water so they mildewed within a month of use in rain and everytime I wash them they come out already smelling bad, i can't even wear them it's so bad I have to put them in a drawer so my whole dorm doesn't smell. I wish I had known the sandals for use in water and streams had a foam footbed that absorbs water, the non cloud was a rubber and I loved it I could wash them in the shower and they would be fine for several weeks. Get z1 not the clouds I loved them. Honestly might get rid of these and save up for the pair I had unless there is a way to get rid of the smell and keep the footbed from absorbing water. If you plan to get these wet or have smelly feet get the regular chacos

Don't get clouds, just get the regular chacos
