I'v had several Chamberlain Products. This is a new home with two car garage door So door and spring are well balanced. I opted for this belt drive instead of the noisy chain drive the builder has as an option. It is easy setup. This is quiet, fast and has a battery backup. The App is great too.

GOOD SO FAR

I bought this about six months ago and for some reason my garage door has started to open up every evening on its own.

dissapointed
