Classic cherry is my favorite flavor. I love the color tint that it leaves on my lips. I love the taste & my wife loves the taste of my lips when she kisses me. She loves the look that classic cherry leaves on my lips as well. I will always use classic cherry because of the way it makes my lips feel.

Chapstick

I have been using cherry chapstick for years.  They have changed something recently.  This last 3 pack I just bought all the wrappers came off, getting in the way of the twist thing at the bottom.  Secondly, I have carried it for years in my pants pocket, but whatever has changed, it's not firm - really kind of a mess.  Maybe I got a bad batch.  Here's hoping they fix those two things.

Problems with this last batch

Usually I love this product and it works well. However, this batch I got is making my lips more chapped, red and irritated.

------ i really wanted raspberry CS but they only had cherry, so it started off with only four stars.   then i got the cherry.   it doesn't smell like cherries nor does it taste like cherries, so it's down to two stars...

four, three, two . . .

I was out of chapstick so I headed to the store and bought my favorite one. Cherry but I was disappointed when I put it on as I could taste menthol.  I don't think it used to have menthol in it.  I am sad that it changed.  Menthol ruined it for me.  Now I have to find a new favorite.

I used to like it but now I do now

I've been a loyal cherry Chapstick user for decades. The new formulation is TERRIBLE and I'm heartbroken. The consistency, color, smell, efficacy - everything is off. It melts in my pocket, smooshes, breaks off when I apply it, and my finance hates it now and constantly complains about the smell and taste. I can't blame him because I hate it now too. Even the packaging is inferior - the dial turns in my pocket and adds to the melting/smooshing problem. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK! I'll gladly pay more. In the meantime, I'm going to have to start buying other brands.

New Formulation is AWFUL

I have been a dedicated Cherry chapstick fan for decades, however, I have noticed over the last year it is not the same. I purchase at my local drugstore or pharmacy. I have to think the ingredients have changed, as this does not provide any help for my chapped lips. It clumps up on my lips. It is not smooth and shiny and it certainly doesn't help like it used to. Disappointing will be trying other brands.

Cherry Chapstick what happened?

I have used classic cherry chapstick for at least 20 years. The last couple packs o bought are disgusting. They leave a disgusting taste in your mouth and don't last as long or feel as comforting. I am so upset...thus was ALL I ever used, why did you change. On the hunt for a new lip balm for 1st time in literally decades.

You changed it, it is no good now.

I have been using Chapstick Since the 1960s , some times I had to use other bands of Lip balm, when I could not find Chapstick, Living in a small Rural area for the last few years I had used other cherry lip balm, but recently when I was given the Chapstick Cherry, I was over joyed to have it, but as soon as I used it, I cold instantly tell that the formula has been changed. Its not the same product any more. It is now marketed by Pfizer, so the old one was by GlaxoSmithKline.
Every bit is different, The shade of color, the taste , the fragrance, the consistency of application, and it not calming , rather it has some pungent chemical in it that causes a bit of irritation to Lips as if used peppers. To me its Garbage.

Disappointing. Its not the same old Chapstick

I bought a new pack and the new formula is terrible. Its too thin and I have to reapply every couple of minutes. It's like butter consistency or something. It's also less pink than it used to be, I liked the rosiness it gave my lips before.
