I have had my product for a year now and I love it, just wished where I purchased my grill they sold the carrier also

We use the grill in our motorhome, and the grill cover is perfect for protecting the grill while being stored inside a storage compartment.

High quality materials and cover fit

Bought this case for our BBQ on the boat. It is easy to get in and out of the boat with the handle.  With the storage compartments under the BBQ it make this very compact

This carrier is perfect allowing the grill, propane bottles, and accessories to be carried in one hand. Combined everything into a compact package which fits nearly in the saddle box on my pickup. I take my grill everywhere. If the grill would stay lit in the wind it would be amazing.

Convenient & Compact

Fit is too tight. Hard to close buckles with no adjustment

Seems well made

It has a lot of features that you want in a cover: (1) heavy / thick fabric; (2) multiple pockets; (3) storage for propane canisters. If I have one minor issue its the buckles used to close the cover....they are very hard to close due to the straps sewed so tight which doesn't allow for any movement.

Nice heavy duty cover.

Cover too small for grill.  Too hard to snap closed, if at all.  Handles are worthless as they do not come together.  Material quality is very good as is the sturdiness, if you could latch the cover.  May be better after it is used for a while and broken in.  Have to carry by the grill handles.  Nice storage for propane canisters and tools, or would have given  three stars.

I ordered one and set it on fire. Entirely my fault as I opened the case to show it off and layed the strap onto a candle on the bench it was on. It does burn well. The original top piece of the case was poorly stitched, being larger on one end vs. the other. This looked unsightly and provided for a poor fit, resulting in difficulties snapping the top cover into place. I honestly had designed on returning this original, before my gaffe.
The second one I ordered, is stitched better, but the fit is so tight, it was a colossal struggle to snap the clips attaching the top and bottom. This is with the adjustable portion of the clips extended to the longed possible position. I am currently hoping the straps stretch and the cover "breaks in a bit" to make securing even possible in cold weather with cold hands.
The pros of this cover are not absent. The bottom tray, nicely holds a couple propane cannisters, a small spatula and tongs, and the grill it self sits nicely in the tray. Once clipped together the case is quite easy to handle and will work nicely for my transportation needs. The cover itself seems to be a nice thick fabric. The cook surface was wonderful. A nice even heat distribution, good grates, easy lighting. I put together a small bottle for carrying canola oil for before and after cooking to keep the grates working well.
I can't really say I am satisfied at all, but see little alternative. Perhaps a customized, reinforced cardboard box for clean transportation might be the answer.

Great concept

I bought this item despite having read the negative reviews.   I thought surely people were exaggerating the difficulty of closing the bag, or that a design change had been made by now.  I own multiple Char Broil products,  and they all perform flawlessly.   I love the Grill To Go and thought I would love this carry bag.  I will probably never use it due to the degree of difficulty in closing it.  It is as if the designers of this product never actually put a grill in the prototype and closed it.  It's truly unbelievable.

So dissatisfied
