We love this grill. We bought this as a gift because we already have two and love them! It is an even cooler and doesnt flame up.

My second Char-Broil of the same 2 burner design. First one lasted 8 years and is still going. This BBQ has heat shields right under the grills so burned food does not fall into the burner box. However this needs to be cleaned a lot more often than a standard BBQ. I star less as it did NOT come with a cover. I had to buy my own aftermarket cover

Cooks well, needs cleaning often.

Walmart delivered on time and the product was as described.  All good.  However, there was on damage on the exterior box and the base plate that the casters are attached to was bent.  Char-Broil, was great, one call took care of the issue and a new base plate is on the way.  If the grill would have been delivered undamaged I would have rated this transaction five stars.  Other than the minor damage all aspects of this transaction was perfect, and hopefully in a few days the replacement part will arrive and that will complete this delivery.

I havent used it yet, but at the end of assembling the grill I got to the last piece the door. I unwrapped it and discovered that it was damaged in shipping.
