Build Quality

Assembly process is straightforward with detailed instructions.

We have had one for 4-5 years. It was working fine, it just needed some new parts. The cost of replacement parts approached new, so a new one it was. We use our CharBroil at least 4 times a week all year long, don't like to use the cooktop or oven.
The new one is the same as the old, only it cooks hotter so adjustments had to be made. We really enjoy the infrared feature. It reduces/eliminates flare ups completely. We went to a friend's house for steaks and he showed me the new grill he purchased at about 3x the cost of our CharBroil. After telling me all of the great features of his grill, the steaks were put on. I commented on the amount of smoke it produced and told him he should figure out a way to tarp it for cooking. He reminded me he was grilling not smoking. When he checked the steaks several were literally on fire. We had a good laugh and after a bit of trimming, enjoyed the steaks.

Bought replacement

Char-Broil, LLC

I had an old 4-burner Char-Broil that needed to be replaced. I only needed the 3-burner size. Product was very well packaged with large portions of styra-foam and many plastic packages to protect the smaller pieces. Assembly was easy with very detailed instructions.
I love the great broil marks it makes. The temperature can get too hot if you don't adjust the gas shut-off valves. It holds a very constant temperature once the grill is brought up to temperature. I love this grill!!

Awesome Grill

I had a friend help me assemble.Took 90 minutes. The infrared is awesome.Cooked the porterhouse, perfect MR.Pork chops tend to be more on the dry side, not with this B.B.Q.it was really tender!!

Infrared

I was initially a little concerned as the grill looked designed differently than I've been used to. Have used it for a month frequently and it cooks everything very well and juicy with no flair ups. I've gotten many compliments on how well the grilled burgers etc taste and how juicy the meat is. Would buy again and definitely recommend.

Pretty impressed

After several uses for beef and chicken I would purchase it again.

Great Grill

Best investment I've made. Food comes out delicious, juicy, and best of all wife and kids love the taste when the food comes out. Easy clean up no complaints only compliments

Best Investment

Everything about the grill has been great as advertised. My only criticism would be the wheel size that I overlooked when purchased. I roll this on my fairly smooth garage and if the floor isn't recently swept the dirt on the ground makes it hard to move. My last grill had bigger wheels and rolled over imperfections much better. I didn't realize it would be a problem ontil it assembled it and I tried to move it. If you don't plan on moving the grill its amazing! I have to move mine everytime I grill so it's kind of a problem.

Great grill! Slightly disappointed on how it rolls

I like this grill a great deal. It has very high quality materials and construction. It gets amazingly hot-hence the great searing. This is my second Char-Broil grill partly because of their longevity and support. Because the infrared heating is new to me I am still adjusting to its high heat capability. Cooking at low temperatures is where i need to adjust my grilling skill. But I have made progress and I love the grill.

Great grill-especially for searing

This is our 3rd Charbroil Infrared Grill. We love the Infrared feature to avoid flare ups. I don't feel the grates are as nice as the ones on our previous grills.

Please go back to your old grates

Dustin

I ordered and paid for the Amplifire model but I believe you sent me and older Signature Series grill and not the newer Amplifier model. There is no Amplifier badge on the grill cabinet as your ad pictures show. The grill shipped to me was in an older Signature Series (beat up) box. There are no Amplifier markings on the box, none on any of the inclded paperwork and no Amplifier markings on the grill components. How do you justify sending me and older model but charging me for the new model? I really like the tru-infrared grilling system, but believe I didn't get the model grill I paid for.

Didn't get the model grill I paid for

This has to be the worst grill, when I purchased it I did so based upon the 3 emmiters. The 3 emmiters needed to be replaced so I ordered them based upon the diagram on the website. I received 1 of 3 I had to return it and pay for shippinig since I was informed I'll need to purchase another 2 and pay again for shipping. I will never purchase a Ghar-Broil product again.

Worst grill ever!

Char-Broil Signature Series TRU-Infrared 3-Burner Gas Grill centered front view with closed lid, three control knobs on stainless-style panel, porcelain-coated cast-iron grates visible under lid, 13,000 BTU side burner and side shelf, cabinet storage and integrated tank gauge, 420 sq. in. primary cooking space. Often used for direct searing or as extra outdoor prep workspace.
