The **Char-Broil TRU-Infrared Big Easy Turkey Fryer** is the safe and healthier way to fry your turkey. Prepare your turkey with the same injectable marinade you already use, or use seasoned rubs on the outside, which is not an option with traditional fryers. Cooks a turkey from start-to-finish just as quickly as oil-frying without the messy clean-up.

- Delicious - 100% Infrared heat locks in flavor and keeps food moist – never dry!
- Safe - No hot oil to burn, splatter or spill.
- Easy - No expensive oil to purchase, clean-up or recycle.

The infrared heat circles the cooker to penetrate the meat evenly and seal in juices. The result is a bird that's moist inside and crispy outside but without the risk, hassle or added fat and calories of oil. Safely cook a turkey (up to 16 lbs.) or chicken in about 8 to 10 minutes per pound - no waiting for the oil to heat up. Roasts most other large cuts of meat cook for slightly longer.

I finally bought this product for myself. Had bought one two years ago for my son-in-law, the BBQ King, and have tasted chicken, pulled pork, road pork and a few other items which delighted all of us. He cooks in it every chance he gets - and everything comes out just great, with compliments from all who taste them. I have now made whole chicken, chicken drum sticks and pulled pork in mine and love it!!!!!!!!

Delicious results every time!

Char-Broil, LLC

Stacy

I bought the char-broil a while a go and I have cooked turkeys, chickens, pork roast and let me tell you this I fine that the meat comes out just as juicy as if it were deep fried also I fine I don't use as much gas as I would if I were deep frying the same meat.
I also bought a extra basket, rib rack, and the rack for putting small pieces of meat on.

Bought the Big Easy , easiest and Healthiest way to cook ! First attempt for Xmas dinner 12 lb turkey followed the dry rub instructions and ingredients on the Car broil website ! 2 hrs later , 165 deg internal temp , thickest part of the breast . Crispy outside and juicy inside . Best ever turkey !
-6 Celsius outside , cooked in the shed , not heated ! From 160 to 165 deg I put the lid on for the last five degrees ! We are cooking rack of lamb today ! Looking forward to summer cooking ! Wings , veggies ...

Xmas Turkey

When I found out about the Big Easy, I about flipped. A oil less deep frying, that was my biggest compliant was the messy oil. So, I used my sister and brother-in-law as my guinea pigs and bought them one for Christmas and we used it right then. My brother-law is a hunter and had plenty of game on hand. We cooked up some pork rump or butt, I forget the cut. We seasoned them babies up with some Cajun and those were some of best pork oh man. I had to go get myself a Big Easy, been cooking up chickens, ribs, hens, duck everything is awesome. Go get yourself a Big Easy and no more oil to clean or mess with.

Big easy is so easy !

I bought the Big Easy infrared turkey fryer for Thanksgiving 2013. I did a comparison with two turkeys, one with the oil fryer and one infrared. Results were almost identical except without all the oil saturating the turkey. I ended up buying all the accessories to cook other meats. Kabobs, whole chickens, chicken drum sticks (salt and pepper only), spare ribs, baby back ribs, corned beef, pork roast, pork loins (boneless), and beef roast. Results are excellent with a crispy outside and juicy inside. Only thing I cook on the gas or charcoal grill now are steaks. Definitely got my moneys worth on this grill. Love it and I am still experimenting. Cook and Enjoy!!!

Some Good Cook'n

We love it. It is Totally Awesome. We use it for just about everything. I am surprised that it is not advertised more, especially during the Holiday Season. The cooking channel still shows how to use the deep fryer with oil. With this fryer the chance of getting burned is slim. My husband has some gloves that he uses to reach in and get the turkey basket. No burning. We bought one for my brother-in-law and he too uses it frequently.

Perfect

I'm so glad I got one of these chat-boil big easy. I show it off to family and friends, that's two of my family members are interested. They all said it a big turkey air fryer. I laughed and said you can call it whatever you want to but it's what the name says the big easy oil less turkey fryer

What my family and friends call it

When I remodeled my kitchen I had to have the nice high BTU Viking stainless steel stove. THEN came the holidays and once I put the turkey in the oven I had no room for any side dishes, so cooking that first holiday dinner was a nightmare. I saw the oil free turkey cooker in the store and new right away this was my salvation. We purchased it 2 days before Thanksgiving and just took a shot that it would work out. WOW, was everyone impressed, first of all it cooked it in a fraction of the normal cooking time, it was crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside. And it has a fabulous drip pan with disposable liners that made the best gravy I have ever made. Clean up is practically nothing. Since that holiday I now use it in the summer (keeps my kitchen cool) I have the rack where you can cook 2 chickens at one time. A very versatile product and it delivers exactly what it promises- even easy cooking and easy clean up.

Space Maker

I recieved my cooker as a gift and am so happy I did. I was sceptic all at first. Deep fat frying of turkeys have been a tradition with us for years. I didn't think it could be beat for flavor and moisture. I was wrong. This is just as good to us and better for us.

Better than oil, hands down!!!

I bought this as a gamble I already have a oil fryer but it takes too much time for prep and clean up . Cooking time is longer with the charbroil but the overall time is shorter and the flavour of the food is equal and also you have more options of what you can cook in the big easy . The only change I would make is instead of a basket for the turkey , have a base with a rod up the middle that would support the turkey with a hook at the top for removing , then sides of turkey would not stick and would be easier to remove to a platter .

convieniant and easy clean

Dustin

Ruined Thanksgiving. We were excited for a juicy turkey. Assembly went smooth, turkey prep went smooth. Fired up the Char Broil and calculated time by the weight of the gourmet turkey. 1.5 hours beyond the calculated time, turkey came out half raw. We had to butcher the turkey and air fry it in parts to quickly cook the raw pieces while the rest of dinner lost its warmth. What a disaster. We won't be using the infrared next year

Half cooked Turkey
