This product is a miracle worker. We were dealing with an extremely bad tangle that had only been getting bigger for several days. I tried every detangler, conditioner, and oil to get rid of the rat's nest we had, and not one of them came close to the results that I had with Cowboy Magic. 

I am in shock and awe at how easily the knots slipped apart, with minimal breakage. I am stocking up, this product is a 9/10. The only thing I don't care for about it is the scent, because it reminds me of the smell of some kind of dog or cat shampoo. Otherwise, so worth spending a few more dollars to actually be getting results!

So this item was recommended by a Dog Pyrenees site for matted dog hair. I was skeptical. The price was good. Delivery was awesome. I tried it on my Great Pyrenees matted hair well to my delight it is amazing product. Highly recommend.

Detangler

So far we reality like the product. It's getting the burs %26 tangles out of our long haired dogs hair much better than de matting tools %26 brushes alone. Our little girl does not like pools or squirt bottles so applying my conditioner on clean hair is next to impossible. This has been the ideal solution

First time use

Silicone based hair protectant. It instantly detangles and removes mats. Easy to work in. A little goes a very long way! Best way to use: Rub a nickle-sized amount between your hands, then rub the tangled area between your hands. Run your fingers through hair to loosen, and brush through. All knots are gone without any pulling, tugging, or breakage.

Took 5x longer than it said., then dais after a week and a half it was arriving early( alreasy 7 days late but whatever) only to tell me the next day it was  delayed and was at the post office two towns over.  Even though thats only 9 miles away-- and this is MINNESOTA. So thats like 6 blocks everywhere else--- it tool another 2 days to get here. Are these people serious?

Have to give one star or else it would be none
