We hid the little bugs as it got dark outside. My 3 and 10 year old loved hiding them from each other and finding them. My husband and I had fun helping them find them. We made up all kind of games as well. The batteries were kind of loose but we just pushed them back in and the bugs worked great. Thank you so much

I purchased this to use with the grandkids. What's nice about this is that you can use play with it two people or many. We like playing on teams.

Fun activity!

Hi, this was for my granddaughter's birthday. She loves the game! There seems to still be an ongoing issue with some dead batteries though, her Mom and Dad said some were dead straight out of the box. Otherwise it's great fun for them.

The only reason I gave you 4 stars is because some of the fireflies didn't light up so I have to go get more of the button batteries to get them all to work. I had read that this was a problem so I knew to expect it.

I think my grandsons are going to love it!

So much fun recreating lighting bug catching summer fun all year. My day also lives to play with them like bugs. Only negative is 4 batteries didn't work so we had to purchase batteries on top of the cost for the game/bugs. So much fun.

On arrival 5 of 8 batteries were dead. It takes 3 button batteries per firefly and they don't last long. Make sure to turn off as soon as possible after play.

The box says "batteries included" but it doesn't mean "WORKING batteries included." Enjoy finding 30 button batteries after your child opens the box and not a single firefly will turn on (and yes, we removed the battery tag and made sure the batteries were seated properly). Sure the toy is cute and a good price but an extra $30 in batteries to make it work really doesn't make it a good price. At all.

This game is such a great idea, BUT the fireflies don't work !!!! 4 out of 10 lit up when I opened the package. The company sent a new one and again, 4out of 10 worked. They sent new batteries, and they were all disintegrating when I opened the bag. Very disappointed !!!!! Company did refund my money.

I would not buy this again.

They did not light up The company sent another set & they didn't all light up either so I had to buy batteries!
