Wonderful for medium to hard cheese.  I had searched locally for one of these, but went to Walmart.com when I could not locate one.  Delivery was fast, item was just as advertised.

Slices a nice piece of cheese and less calories than cutting off a chunk.

Just what I was looking for.

I bought this to replace one I had for many years and lost.  It's not the same but works.

Easy to use

Works well. Very lightweight. Loop at the top of the handle for hanging. Package didn't say one way or the other, so I've stuck mine in the dishwasher several times - no apparent adverse affects. Very sharp.

it works good but not with Velveeta cheese it has to be really hard cheese in order to go through the cheese

This cheese slicer seems to be of good quality. The only problem I have is that it's just barely too thin to slice cheddar cheese, which is probably the most common cheese in the US. I would fully expect any cheese slicer in the US to be able to slice the most common cheese in the US. I'm considering just getting rid of this one and ordering a wider cheese slicer.
