[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I've had a lot of pizza pans over the years, and they've arranged from aluminum to cast-iron to normal just run of the mill cake pans. These pans really get the job done, take heat very well as I've cooked my pizzas at 485°, and even after I've used metal utensils on the pans, they don't scratch. They also clean up easy. Just soak them for a little bit if you accidentally burn your pizza(like me).
