I've used many over my 50yrs of cooking, so  followed instructions on pre-use preparation using peanut oil then after letting it cool, later gave it a whirl. I was experimenting with trying to make a "deep-dish" ground chicken keto cottage cheese version of the viral pizza crust. I've made several "thin crust" successfully and been craving a deep dish. Well, this pan did not disappoint! Crust came out delicious with some creative baking! But, my biggest concern was that the pan looked trashed! After only 1 use, it looked burnt beyond recognition. I was devestated when I couldn't even scrape out the black burnt parts with a spatula. That's where the awesomeness came in. I let it completely cool, ran cool water into it, with  just some regular dawn dish soap and let it soak. Thinking I would need to gently scrape the burnt areas to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. To my Shock %26 Delight! 😳 I meerly touched  the areas with my finger and all the burnt pieces just floated off the surfaces of the pan! I literally washed it with just a sponge and my fingers. 🤯 IT WAS MIND-BLOWING! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PAN ENOUGH! It is 1000% A GREAT FIND!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this pan, but I've already used it twice and I love it so far! I made Detroit-style pizza and a breakfast casserole, and they both turned out perfect! I followed the directions on the box and gave the pan a quick wash, dry, and a little oil before using the first time. After that, cleanup was a snap! 
I love the size, the high sides, and the crisp angles. Useful for so much more than pizza!
