[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Chef'sChoice AngleSelect Manual Knife Sharpener is super easy to use. It is AngleSelect so it applies to a 15 or 20 degree edge. It has interdigitating pads channel guided system and diamond abrasives for razor sharp edges. I had to try this with my watermelon knife. That knife goes through heck. It sharpened it right up with no trouble at all. I have made my way through my knife drawer with this knife sharpener. I love how it has a nice handle so the sharpener is easy to hold on to. It is also very lightweight and easy to move to wherever you want it. I am going to check my mom's knives next since this has got all of my knives in good shape.

Staying sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I receive a few days ago the Chef'sChoice  knife sharpener and it is super efficient.
When it comes to sharpening knife, I was always relying on myself. I was doubtful at first about such a tool but it turns out if is very efficient. The first time you will sharpen one of your knife do not be surprise that it will take a long time because you do not really know the state of your knife, especially the angle. After it is very quick because the angle is already there.
I like that there is two angles, one for regular knife and the other for Japanese style knife.
My last point is that it is also a beautiful tool that can stay on your counter top and not in your drawer.
In conclusion, I recommend this sharpener, efficient and beautiful.

excellent manual knife sharpener

The Chefs Choice Knife Sharpeners 4633 is simple to use and the grip is very comfortable. Storing is also convenient that I can store it my kitchen drawer for easy access.

As I opened the Chef Choice Knife Sharpeners 4633 I made sure to read directions,reviews & additional research on how to use it properly, and once reading it…..it stated you can sharpens both sides of the blade both forward and backward. Also, If your blade is curved rotate the handle up or down to keep the portion of the edge in the sharpener parallel to the table.

I would recommend the Chef Choice Knife Sharpeners 4633 it can cut thru items with no pressure.

Works Great!

I used the sharpener on my Zwilling knife set, i had to look it up on YouTube because I had no idea what the instructions meant, but once I did, they sharpened well and I was happy with the result.

Works ok for a manual knife sharpener

I bought my model 4633 about one year ago and have tried to sharpen my knifes two or three times. My wife is never satisfied with the result. I then use my steel to get them where she will use them. One time I took six of my knifes to a "roadside" guy and the results were 100% better. I just tried using my 2633 and it made all the knifes much worse. This thing is headed for the trash can. My advice is Do Not Purchase one of these things.
