Durable and looks amazing also cook very well, but I wish you had a cook book or examples of cooking instructions

Arrived today. Lots of functions. Tea infuser seems a little delicate. Time will tell. LED lights stay on, need to switch off at source, bit of a pain.

Good product

It works well and seems like a great product. I wanted it to heat milk and steep my chai, and it doesn't work for that. The milk scorched and then it turned itself off. It's great for my loose leaf tea.

The oven/air fryer generally does a good job, but I have a problem with it — the inner coating is peeling off, and I've had it for less than a year.

Recently, I discovered that an internal component at the bottom of the kettle — which appears to be a ring or disc made of plastic or another material — had melted during normal use, releasing visible particles into the water. I was not aware this component even existed until it failed and contaminated the water I was about to consume.

This raises major concerns about product safety and the materials used inside the kettle. I am deeply alarmed that a part within a product designed to boil water could degrade in this way.

Safety Concerns- Melting Plastic.
